Vinhomes Luxury Apartment have nice rooms, excellent service and great location close to the shopping mall Landmark 81 building. I got the room with city view, which is just spectacular. The hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Although I only stayed here for 1 day for business trip, I did feel relaxed and energized

I am not like the property they’re not like the pictures at Booking.

The property not clean, look like a oldest property not like the picture at Booking only the AC at the living room is working.

Arrogancy is definitely not a way to go.

The apartment is ok however it is nowhere near as luxurious as the pictures shown. All the furniture is beat up and old unlike the photos that are used by the owner. In addition, the apartment could be a bit cleaner and only one towel per person was left for a long stay. We also had issues with the wifi throughout the stay during the first two days it didn’t work at all and after that if you needed to get any work done it was impossible due to its speed as it was still incredibly slow. Overall it’s ok as it’s not necessarily a bad apartment however definitely not worth the premium price the owner has it set at.

We spent a wonderful night with the whole family at Vinhomes Luxury Apartment : warm welcome, clean dormitory. I highly recommend. The hosting is managed by the very professional personnel from the Vinhomes Luxury Apartment

Pictures were not representative of the property. Mildew in several places and house was filthy. Also when arrive there was only one toilet tissue. Just a terrible experience.

I did not have a chance to take more pictures. If I would have known about how this property looks like, I would never book it. This property did not look like the advertisement. The rooms and the beds did not look like the pictures that they have advertised at all. Dirty and stink is all I can say. I read the reviews and I have mentioned about the cleanliness before I came. When I came it was so dirty, and we told them and they couldn't do anything. I left right away, and they told us that we lost 1 night of pay even we didnt stay. They told us they can only refund 1 night. I just felt like I got scam. At least I gave them a chance when I told them please do the cleanliness right before we came. They did not even answer my text. I just felt disappointed when Booking.com cannot do anything to those kind of business like this. It took me a week of time to call back and forth to find out the solution. No more business with this kind of scam.

the view from the 48th floor was amazing. the apartment was big. the outdoor pool was very nice

not enough cooking supplies or dinnerware. a little dirty as if someone hasn’t rented in a long time.
