great sized room in an excellent location. very close to the Independence Palace

Most of the important city sites are within easy walking distance. A number of convenience stores are around the corner. Close by restaurants and pubs. Nice rooftop swimming pool.

The area sidewalks are in poor condition but the hotel can't do anything about that. There's a building under construction next door that created noise.

sound proof between rooms is not so good, you can hear the noice from next room and the looby. But it's not noisy.

Central Location and near sights and markets with restaurants, shops and coffee nearby. Nice hotel overlooking a park on one side. Side street is reasonable quiet on park side.

Construction works on the next site to the hotel. The hotel had functions on coming near to the New Year in late Jan and music was load and disrupted sleep.

Lovely big room with great views. We were on the 10th floor so had a great view over the city. The location was great for the Reunification Palace and War Memorial Museum.

The restaurant was not open. The rooftop pool was nice, but the bar was not open. Some staff were helpful, but in our 3 week stay in Cambodia and Vietnam, the staff were the least helpful overall. It has the potential to be a great stay - customer service was lacking, for example, at breakfast the staff did not look interested in providing a good service. On our final day we ordered a Club sandwich on room service - it was the smallest and least tasty I have ever had - the extra fries were a small portion - and also expensive. They should be able to do much better.

everything and everyone great

Food was the same throughout stay except for the noodles section that changes everyday during our stay. Noodles was great. The dining area was huge and staff was quick at removing used plates.

Email sent 2 days before my stay that stated that there was construction at night and hotel was slow to my inquiry about that. In the end, I wasn’t moved to partner hotel but given low floor with music blasting into the early hours. In the end, hotel moved us to a higher floor eventhough they had insisted there was no available room. Gave me the impression that staff was not trying their best to accommodate but trying to pull a fast one. They could have immediately given us the room instead of trying to downgrade us to a smaller room since I had booked room 2 months prior! Hotel could have handled this better.
