10 e LODE. Oltre le aspettative su tutto. La stanza a tema (cacciatore di perle) con particolari suggestivi ed inediti. Spaziosa, pulita, bel bagno ed ottima doccia. La colazione (per me molto importante) abbondante e di qualità. Siamo stati seguiti da Davide, un ragazzo giovane molto preparato, affabile e gentile, ci ha consigliato molto bene ed è stato un vero piacere parlare con lui... e da Yago (spero si scriva così...) un ragazza giovane, poliglotta, simpatica e premurosa. Quando nei viaggi si incontrano giovani così, preparati, educati ed intelligenti nella memoria rimangono pensieri belli. Grazie

Great location in the heart of La Spezia with many restaurants right outside the door and about 3 block walk to main train station. Manager was extremely responsive to all messages. Breakfast was excellent: coffee, breads, juice, fruit, eggs/bacon, yogurt, pancakes.

No a/c in the rooms which was no problem in October but we kept our window open at night for the cool breeze, but our window faced the Main Street with lots of people talking on the street till 1am. Bring earplugs if you can not sleep thru street noise.

I just didn't like the pillows and that's a preference. So overall, it was pretty great.

The owner was so helpful and made checkin so easy. Cold water and chocolates on arrival, and the fan and lights in the room is already on- this is good hosting! It makes one feel welcome! The warm bacon and eggs breakfast was delicious and more than we expected. This is the best value for money we have seen in Italy, not just the Italian Riviera. Strongly recommend!

The staff were incredible, especially Jagoda! She greeted us on our arrival and was very informative. Each morning she would make breakfast which was delicious. The accommodation was spotless.

We were sent very useful information on where to find parking near the hotel and were contacted again on the day of check in with detailed instructions on how to obtain entry for a late check-in. Breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for Jago!

The location is perfect. 5 minute walking distance to train station. The staff is amazing. We had to check out early but he prepared us a breakfast to go. The room is spacious and clean. Strongly recommended.

The rooms are very cute, with an interesting nautical theme. The man was very friendly and helpful, giving us a map of the town and advice on where to go.

Great localization near the train station and city center, very tasty breakfast, nice staff.

Cozy, comfortable rooms (entire premises are beautifully and originally decorated with sea-themes).  Fascistic location (and great starting point to visit Cinque Terre). Staff is very kind and very supportive - Jagoda provided us with many interesting and supportive information as well as prepared delicious breakfasts. Great place to stay!

If you want to explore the cinque terre the location is good to stay and ypu wiil enjoy .staying there coz receptionist are very helpfull 😄

The location is perfect to visit Cinque Terre. Near are a lot of restaurants.

The room is cozy, the personals are very attractives and the breakfast is plentiful.

The 'cook to order:breakfast was wonderfully prepared by Jacota, who was a delight to converse with and very knowledgeable about the area.

I could not fault

We have stayed 4 nights, loved the location, straight on the main street. Close to the train station and short walk to the Port, buses. Davide met us and gave us excellent tips. Yagoda looked after us every day with fantastic breakfast, thank you. Much appreciated your service guys!

A small room for improvement, perhaps use a better detergent for washing. Not a big thing though.
