Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, un po' più distante dal porto circa 10 Min a piedi, ma a due passi dalla zona pedonale con negozi e ristoranti ( se la si percorre tutta si arriva al porto!) Non lasciatevi spaventare dall'entrata della struttura, su strada trafficata, le scale un po' datate o forse storiche, ma la stanza e il bagno sono stati sicuramenti da poco ristrutturati, è pulita e dotata dei giusti comfort. ( Le finestre lasciano entrare pochissimo rumore, ben isolanti) Il proprietario gentilissimo e presente! Lo consiglio!

I really appreciated the way that Manuel gave us recommendations for La Spezia and Cinque Terre and the help he gave us at the time we needed to leave the luggage at the place and then pick it up later. This joined to the room, which was amazing, makes me recommend the place at 100%

Great location, very close to the train station which is perfect for visiting Cinque Terre and other beautiful places of the region. Also there are a lot of great cafes and restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, the host very nice and friendly. The whole stay went smoothly and without any complications. Perfect value for money.

Window of my room looked out onto the street and it was quite noisy during the night. If you are a light sleeper that could be a problem, but otherwise the place is super.

Very close to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The bathroom can be a bit cleaner.
