the view,the location

I have never experienced such gracious customer service. They were very quick to respond to any requests. Location is good and close to the best beach clubs. The hotel provided connections to an excellent car service that was responsive and readily available which made getting around easy. The view is stunning.Definitely coming back next year !

“I was very happy with my stay at Eden view mykonos. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and quiet. My host, Vasilis, was helpful and friendly. The house is located in a quiet area and the city centre was easily accessible. I would be glad to say here again.

The villas are lovely and blend very well in the environment. The pool was great ! We were upgraded to a lovely apartment with a big pool, thank you ! The staff are friendly.

Basically Everything. Staff was terrible at times non responsive to calls. Room wasn’t ready by 3PM. Paid for 3 King Beds. Got 2 and 1 double bed room. Didn’t get clean sheets or towels until almost 6PM. Dirty rooms. Nats in the rooms. Doesn’t look like pictures. Can’t drink tap water but barely provided bottle water. Had to beg and pester to get water. Asked for shuttle from port months in advance, never got picked up from the port. “Private Pool” was filthy, nothing like the pictures. Gave us an extra villa but could only fit 2 people… at that point the stay was soured and I’d never stay here again nor recommend you do. If you can afford stay at the Tropicana, or another villa in that area absolutely look elsewhere. Only thing that didn’t stop me from changing locations is that paradise beach & tropical beach club is right next door. For the price they ask that was my worse stay so far in Greece.

The only Eden we found here was the view. Everything else was so below expectations and a huge disappointment for our last night in Greece. And for the price we paid we feel like calling the authorities it was such a rip off. I agree with a previous reviewer - we definitely don’t understand all of the positive reviews. We booked room 106 at the very top of the hill. The photos made it appear to be fresh, chic and luxurious - they even claim to feature an “elegantly designed bathroom.” To the contrary, as my photos indicate, the whole place felt completely rundown, plastic toilet seats, no soap - only shampoo & conditioner; mix matched cups in the “kitchen” area, pipes showing, electric plugs falling out of the walls inside and out, no bed side lights yaw indicated in the photos, mismatched furniture outside —a broken down daybed with exposed mattress, two outdoor bar stools that didn’t even allow you to sit at the dining table, one of the sun loungers was broken, the outdoor light over the table was broken off and an exposed wire remained in its place; the pool was dirty, you have to walk past a junk yard/construction lot on your hike up the hill….plus let’s move on to the fact that the wifi didn’t work and no one came to help when I reported it, the water in our room wasn’t working for an hour after we arrived, and not that we would use the TV but that didn’t work either! If we had paid under €400 for the night in Mykonos we would have understood - you get what you pay for. But we paid €640 and were expecting at least some form of elegance & luxury as the photos and advertising propose. We are outraged at what we paid and feel completely mislead. I have already filed a report with booking and am in the process of outlining everything with the hotel. Our encounter with the staff was awful - one woman accused me of getting into the wrong taxi, texting me the whole way from the port; the reception area was completely disorganized, unprofessional and rude.

View was nice. Location was close BUT you need to climb a very steep hill every time - this was not really doable for us on vacation so we had to rent an ATV....

BEWARE THE SIGNATURE SUITE PRIVATE POOL SEA VIEW IS NOT AVAILABLE - THEY ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. We were never made aware of this. Instead, they put us in a different room without our knowledge (until we actually arrived at the room). We were charged an additional amount - they did not disclose what it was for. The Wi-Fi did NOT work, there were many mosquitoes in the room so we had to purchase our own mosquito device. They required us to give them the keys for cleaning only to find out they only made the bed (without changing the sheets that were filled with dead mosquitos). As they were taking us up to our suite in their car, the car started going into reverse and the driver had to stop the car, get out and switch with another person that was in the construction site as she was not equipped with handling how to get the car up the hill. They have a lot of construction going on so we constantly had to hear and see construction workers . Our suite did not feel secure as we had construction men so close to us at all hours. The construction workers placed their materials in the way of the path/stairs to the room we were forced to stay in. The pool was constantly dirty due to the construction. The refrigerator was also dirty.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The property had a great location. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming!

There were some critical kitchen utensils missing (ex: kettle). There was some rubbish left from previous guests outside by the pool.

The venue was impeccable. This facility looked like it was from a magazine! The size of room allowed for my party and I to spread out comfortably. Absolutely stunning views! The rooms were clean and staff helped with any need we had. Specifically, we were greeted by the hostess and owner with the most warm hospitality. Their kindness and helpfulness are why we would stay here again!

Our stay early in the season did come with some cold water. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and fixed it immediately! We didn’t feel inconvenienced at all! Very thankful for all their help
