Nothing it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to in my life.

Everything. Waited for 1@ minutes at reception and no one showed up. The parking was confusing and the guy at the front desk was zero help when we asked him how to pay for parking. We were tired of course but a little hospitality goes a long way. And the towels were dirty there was a bad smell in the room. Just a nightmare of an experience never again. Cancelling my other two nights now and leaving.

Gostei do primeiro atendimento, principalmente da recepção ao resolver meu check-in com rapidez, pois havia chegado à noite e desejava me instalar o quanto antes.

Não gostei que meu quarto não estava pronto no horário em que cheguei, pois cheguei horas depois do horário de check-in, mas o recepcionista Arthur resolveu rapidamente este problema.

Pedi para reservarem os quartos no mesmo andar e o hotel confirmou, chegando lá, tarde da noite, não haviam quartos no mesmo andar e o pedido tinha sido feito pois tínhamos 7 crianças que não podiam ficar sozinhas em andares diferentes. Não tinha água fria no banheiro e me fizeram ficar de toalha toda ensaboada esperando mais de 40 min e não resolveram, quando cheguei na portaria, com o cabelo ensaboado, conseguiram um outro quarto no andar que haviam dito que não tinha quarto. Enfim uma bagunça. Péssimo.

i had problems with shower. No hot water for 3h.

rooms were never cleaned properly. only did the bed and changed towels but the room was left dirty on the floor. no change of the sheets no water in the room

The hotel is located in a nice area, the swimming pool was clean and, despite being in the middle of the city, the surroundings were very green.

The staff seemed like amateurs. At the reception already, it seemed like they didn't really care and I had to call them attention to get served, even though there was nobody else there. We asked for a cover sheet for our kids' bed (which was missing), but never got it. We ordered food in our room and it took a long time to get it. Later we went for dinner in the restaurant and someone who seemed to be general staff (not a cook) went to make the food and it was horrible. Totally dry steak (even though I asked for medium rare), disgusting risotto and generally unappetizing. I stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times before (with much better experiences), but they didn't seem to have my records, so I had to answer all the registration questions again. It is very unlikely that I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Pool, Burger and Bar

Blinds were full of holes, got too much glare in the morning, there were only two shallow pillows in the bed, no coffee facilities ( which is quite unbelievable for a hotel with this caliber), I had no remote for the aircon so I could not make it colder ( it was 35 degrees outside).

The staff was very helpful at all times. The breakfast had a nice variety of products so I could choose different things each day.

The hotel needs some serious maintenance. The flushing of the toilet worked very badly, the beds need desperately new mattresses, etc

Location

The hotel is old, needs renovation, specially bathrooms. Pool was dirty and bed sheets had stains.

Good breakfast and hotel location for the purpose of the trip.

Room needing service (e.g. safe, infiltration on the wall between the room and the bathroom). The cable TV didn't work during the entire stay.
