The facilities are nice - several pools, a tenis court, outdoor kids park and an impressive indoor mini-club.

- profesionalism - we traveled in 4 and we booked an apartment with one bedroom and a living room with a sofa. However, the kids want to sleep in our bedroom, and we don’t like sleeping in couches so before booking we called the hotel to ask for an additional bed in the bedroom. They guaranteed that this is possible and made a note in the system. When we arrived, there was no extra bed as the bedroom was too small. At the reception they said they see the note in the system, but the person we talked to made a mistake. They then offered the solution to add am extra large bed in the living room, the next day. The following day they said that the person we talked to one day before made a mistake and it is not possible to add a large bed in the living room. Or course in the end there was no solution from them. I find this very unprofessional and definitely not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel - Good customer service : the entire personnel (with few exceptions) was very rude. The supervisor receptionist, when I was explaining the situation with our room and beds told me she doesn’t have time for my long story, they would try to find a solution and hang up the phone. At the restaurant the person that was taking the orders was very rude and always in a hurry and the other waiters weee constantly removing unfinished plates from the table - Uncomfortable beds - the sofa in the apartment is extremely uncomfortable, so if you travel in more fha 2 it is better to book 2 rooms instead of 1 apartment. Make sure that in the room you ask for a topper as they have 2 single beds put together that are very uncomfortable if there is no topper on top - Lack of personnel - at the dinner , there was only 1 person that could take the orders for about 200 people so you had to wait a long time to order and by the time the drinks were served, your dinner would be finished - Mediocre food - the food was just or below average, depending on the evening. - The pools are not heated

Sehr modernes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern. Man kommt von dem wunderschönen Garten direkt an den traumhaften Strand. Man kann zwischen verschiedenen Pool wählen und findet auch immer eine Liege. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Très bel hotel, plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes. Personnel agréable et aux petits soins. Buffet excellent et très varié. Mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée en extérieur et pour la vue incroyable du balcon.
