Very suitable as vacation hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. Many activities for kids. Large, spacious hotel. Meals were very variegated and well prepared. Beach is 100m away. Hotel offers many entertainment activities in the evening (dance performance, etc.). Meals were a treat, something to enjoy with family.

Indoor swimming pool was good, but not great. The price is on the higher side, but considering the various offers, it is a good bargain. Not many things to complain at the hotel.

Overall we were happy with the stay. Nice rooms. Refillable water bottles. Buffet food was better then expected (even though nothing to drink in included with dinner, even water). Great beach nearby. Although the hotel is outside of the main town, there is a city bus stop very nearby. One day we actually walked the 2-3 hours to town along the coast, it's a beautiful walk with a boardwalk almost the whole way.

We booked the half-board, dinner and breakfast included. Everywhere we looked there were signs saying "3 drinks maximum with dinner" so we asked the staff, are drinks included with our package? They scanned our room card, checked which package, and confirmed that yes, three drinks were included with each dinner. We confirmed this with no less than 4 separate staff members plus the maitre d'. Imagine our surprise at check-out when they presented us with a bill for every drink! Apparently drinks are only included for "all-inclusive" guests, who wear a special bracelet. We certainly weren't wearing them. In the end the manager canceled the charge, but honestly that put a damper a perfectly good vacation for us. Clearly staff training needs to be improved. Also, there is nothing self-serve available to drink with dinner, even the soda and water fountains are blocked off- so would you need to pay extra to simply drink tap water with your included dinner? Apparently so. Beds were ok, not as good as we would have expected for a 4-star. We could hear everything from the room beside us.

Great check-in and excellent staff and facilities. Great food experience and lots of variety.

We enjoyed all the amenities offered by the property except for the tennis courts. We rented bikes and rode down the boardwalk. The bus stop is right outside the hotel for easy access to the city and airport. The indoor pool was a great way to unwind for the kids after a long day of sightseeing. The cherry on top for me was the spa. I had a fantastic massage there. We also really liked the evening entertainment. I traveled with my 13 and 11 year old and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was just what we needed!

The rooms could use a slight refresh most notably the bathrooms. The shower didn’t seal properly so if you weren’t careful, water could end up all over the floor.

noise and door seal. gaps between hall and door as a female single room - albeit friends in the hotel, door needs to appear heavier and stronger. the echo in the hall to the room was very noisy.

Good hot shower,nice room. Excellent breakfast was busy tho Pool cold not heated but beach is 5 min walk away and that was perfect such a nice clear sea beautiful blue sea.

Cold pool, busy for the time of year. And poor aircon. Did not get given the welcome drink we were supposed to.

the pool was fantastic… but cold!!! the hot tub was huge but cold there is no place on the grounds to buy lunch we were there to celebrate our anniversary and they left Cava in the room … nice touch!

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Lots of choice and all fresh and well presented.

I'm biased because I love Mallorca and this hotel made everything even better! Everything was perfect! The staff were great, pool, everyday there are some activities in the hotel, and you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast and dinner are heaven, everything is so tasty, so much options to take, this was the best dinner and breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

Just two small things: - The staff could explain more about hotel rules and services the hotel provide: First dinner, I arrived with a tank top (common for beach places) and I was not allowed in for dinner because of that, then I had to go back to the room and change my t-shirt (not a big deal, but I wish someone told me that before). - No one explained rules for renting bikes, scooters or touristic activities. But not a deal breaker, I'd definitely go back to the hotel.

the only down for us was the AC in the room that we could not get it down to a more comfortable temp. and even though the parking is free, there is no way to control who parks there, so people that is not staying at the hotel, take the spots to go to the beach or restaurants, leaving is looking for a place to park.
