Lovely hotel, roof top pool local beer

There wasn't a door handle on the balcony door on the outside and I was stuck on the balcony

The hot food was not so hot..The only let down from hotel was the food in the evening.

Selection for breakfast was great . I loved that I could just charge to my room on other things . Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you . Pool was spotless aswel .

hotel was beautiful! if coming back to tenerife I will defo be back to the tigotan! room was clean and had the best view from our room in 436! Cocktails were my fav 😂 the smaller pools had a bit of heat in them brilliant for February weather 💖

Spotless hotel, really nice and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful - called the second day to make sure everything was okay and to see if we had any questions. 2/3 minute walk from the main cluster of restaurants and 5/10 mins from the beach - really good location. Rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable!

There wasn't enough loungers for everyone beside the pool - for a hotel that’s a little bit pricier I definitely expected this wouldn’t be a problem. If you’re not at the pool before 9.30am (latest for us anyway) you won’t get a bed, this was the only negative feedback we really had, you could just get up early but we were on holiday and obviously wanted to avoid that - by 10am there was always 5/6 couples walking around looking and there was no beds left for them. The beds for the rooftop pool also had to be reserved for €20, you do get this €20 back via drinks but again not something I would have expected to pay for!

I was in the Tigotan when Spain went into lock down, so spent most of my stay in my room due to the Covid restrictions. Given that the staff were going through the same concerns about what was unfolding, they remained focus, helpful and informative. My recent stay didn't disappoint, with the whole team from reception, housekeeping and catering all amazing.

Couldn't get a place around the pool most days but not an issue as the beach is so close.
