loved the Breakfast, view, location. The Hotel Manager, i think the name was Matea was really cool.

ideally the flat screen could be more modern with internet connection and we could have logged into our own netflix, amazon prime etc.

- the view is amazing, great look over the garda lake - nice gardens (cactuses, plant trees), well maintained - breakfast was good for 2-3 days, more variety would be nice though - indoor pool / outdoor pool - plenty of parking, but very tight for SUV cars, several parking levels available though

- restaurant: dinner was mediocre food and with 18€ per person, not cheap

The view from the whole hotel facitily is simply breathtaking!

The room could use some renovation

The rooms are quite OK I would say and come with a balcony, staff are really friendly, attentive and helpful. No worries about parking space (which can become an issue at Limone in general), they have their own parking lot. Views are nice from different places at the hotel premises.

We are in Italy and OK it`s breakfast only, the only meal we had booked at the hotel. But it`s a bit extreme loveless how the general quality was. Staff was very nice here as well and tried to fill up quickly when something was out but still...maybe it`s an idea to offer less in quantity but in better quality.

Good continental breakfast included. Very nice view from the balcony at the lake as the hotel is located in the high spot. We were not using the indoor/outdoor pools but there was a chance to. Easy check-in/check-out.

Somewhat outdated room furniture and interior in general, but everything is functioning as it should. Connectivity quality could be better.

This Hotel is run down, dirty and needs a major refurbishment. Staff are so ignorant and unhelpful. They look like they are miserable in work. We woke each morning covered in bites from the room 🤢 Food was microwaved and awful

Location and view

Internet was difficult to get and constantly have to log back in. Not acceptable for modern 4 star accommodation. The bar area where pool table is was always closed even before 10pm. No where to have after dinner drink!!! So many people drinking in their rooms and balconies! Upper pool area, crumbling areas and lots of dirt in the pool! Gym/- very poorly air conditioned. Treadmill was wobbly, need attention.

The location was beautiful, a bit outside of the centrum. Staff was really kind and helpful. The pool area was large, there was room for everyone and the garden was well kept.

The room was a bit dated, although it worked ok. The shuttle bus stopped commuting really early, you had to climb up the hill after the dinner in town.

This hotel made our stay wonderful. Specially the staff. Everyone was very nice, we stayed with dog and he had great time as well. Bug thanks to Marianne, true hospitality person. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and one day we will be back :)

set higher back, so you had great views.

Was quite hard to get to our room with our baby. I would suggest the hotel putting the family rooms on the ground floor, with luggage and a pram it was awkward and it would have been a struggle without my husband.

View was amazing, room was clean, ok breakfast, friendly stuff, big plus for swimming pool towels ready in the room, free parking

Excellent location and views, friendly and welcoming staff, we only had breakfast in the hotel but that was great with lots on offer for both food and drinks.

I have no complaints.

The location, the pools, facilities check in staff and San Pietro restaurants ( Breakfast and Lunch) were wonderful. Room and amenities (including all beach towels) and daily servicing were great

Booking.com I felt miss sold this hotel as they show beautiful beach pictures. The hotel is significantly away from the beach. High up a hill and is not walkable from the beach, harbour and main restaurants. The shuttle bus last trip from the town to the hotel is 1915 so you can't go out for meals - there are 5 taxis in the whole of Limon and generally only 2 work each night and if they are doing airport runs there is NO WAY back from the town - I had a 78 year old elderly relative that had to walk up significant inclines for about 2 miles to get back to the hotel and it took her 2 days o recover - more warning should be made for this. Clearly the hotel want you to remain on site to eat your evening meal - BUT the evening meal restaurant is in the Hotel Christina which is only 3 star and the food and staff at this side of the hotel reflect this - so quite disappointed

Very nice hotel with fantastic location. All is amazing clean from the room tothe garden. Dailly room service. Open pool is on the sanny terras. Special story is a garden with many diferent trees and plants Full recommendation from me!

Slow WiFi, The heating system didn't work.
