Super tolle Lage, toller Pool den wir sehr genossen haben, das Zimmer war sehr sehr sehr sauber die Reinigungskraft war sehr bemüht, Personal besonders die Dame an der Rezeption sehr nett, Parkplatz und Shuttle haben gut funktioniert
Es war nachts und morgens sehr laut, wir haben nicht ausschlafen können, Frühstück nicht besonders

Sicuramente il suo punto di forza è la posizione. La camera che ho prenotato era praticamente una finestra sul lago che ci permetteva una vista mozzafiato. L’accoglienza altro punto di forza. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra piccola a 4 zampe e per lei è stato riservata un’accoglienza degna di nota con tanto di dog shop con all’interno ciotolina porta bustine e snack! Meraviglioso! Staff accogliente e molto gentile. La colazione abbondante e buonissima con possibilità di consumarla sul terrazzino affacciato sul lago.

Great breakfast, and loved that you could eat it outside by the beautiful lake! The staff was also great and so sweet.
We had some bad weather during the night, and the electricity went out a couple of times, and the aircon stopped working during the night. But would still recommend this place:)

We were originally put in a room in the annex that was dark and totally detached from the hotel. We complained and they put us in a nice room with sea-view. very happy that they changed our room.

The staff was very service-minded and friendly and always there to assist or help you if you were in need. The newly renovated rooms were really nice and would definitely recommend picking a renovated room, you will not regret it.
Can be a abit noisy from the street, no traffic though, but that is to be expected given the location.

Everything was amazing, we even got upgraded to a lake view room. Great helpful staff, great room, comfortable bed, and great breakfast. This is one of the few place that actually looks better in real life than the pictures! Easy pickup from car park (even came down in lift to meet us), and best location in all of Lake Garda.

Very centrally located in the pedestrian area, Great Lake view from our room and nice balcony to sit and watch the ferries coming and going.
We had to wait nearly an hour upon arrival for a shuttle to the hotel, despite the fact we had told them our arrival time. Room service very poor, we had to ask repeatedly even to get clean clean towels. Maybe our room was cleaned once in the three days we were there. We checked out a day early. Staff not particularly helpful or friendly, they seemed under stress.

Room disappointing and unclean when arrived. Also overcharged for water on departure. Informed as we has checked out it was more . However we hadn’t physically checked out at that stage.
