Receptionisten hade en attityd som jag inte träffat på tidigare. Trevlig med en viss nonchalans. De har höjt garagepriset till ocker 350:-/dygn

To much noise from the hall ways and rooms around. Could hear every single one walking and even talking in different rooms.

The location, gym/sauna, and breakfast were all excellent. Also the children's playroom and games (table football and ping pong) were a nice touch. Comfortable beds/bedding and excellent soundproofing in the room too. Breakfast boxes for early check outs were much appreciated too. All in all - we had a great stay. The positives far outweigh any negatives and we'd definitely stay again.

While the room was clean, some of the common areas (especially staircases) could have been cleaner (although I don't think too many people take the stairs so probably not a priority). Front desk staff were a bit mixed - some very friendly and helpful, others seemed disinterested.

No tea making in room,disappointed that we could not get a drink after 11pm.always thought hotels would serve residents at any time.

Elevators overcrowded and slow

Hotel was in general nice, staff friendly and helpful, bar area good and breakfast very good. Fitness center was also quite nice. Location was very good, walking distance to the big mall, one of the big shopping areas as well. Trams and trains just outside the hotel.

Our room for four was very small and we barely managed to be there all of us at the same time. Basically it was a room for two with two extra beds squeezed in. Bar service was slow at times - sometimes they did not manage man the place even though they knew this was going to be a busy week due to Gothia Cup.

Really close to central station and staff were really friendly. Checked in very quickly and breakfast was great.

I liked the location, it was near everything. I loved that it was spa included.

The breakfast could have been better. More fruits. It was only watermelon. It could also be more cereals. The rooms was very wourn out and didn’t feel so clean. The hotel rooms need to be upgraded.

The location close to the stadium and the city centers

Overcrowded , high priced , 2 out of 3 elevator out of service with a full Capacity hotel during Gothia cup Needs refurbishments carpets very dirty and old in the corridors , bar in the evening overcrowded with only 1 bar tender available To encash and to serve the customers

Breakfast and comfortable night sleep. Also always plenty of staff to help, when required?

The cost compared to others

Our stay at the Scandic Crowne was perfect as we attended a performance at Ullevi and location was excellent. Parking facilities were also very good and well organised. Our room with our dog was generous, comfortable and clean, with treats and doggie bags for our pet. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which could be an improvement but there's a free coffee and tea making service in the foyer. Staff were very friendly and helpful which always makes a stay pleasurable. The breakfast choices were super and we enjoyed a wide range of options from the buffet both hot and cold. This hotel is also near the train station and easy to catch buses and trams. It is also close to a Coop and several restaurants and a park, but dogs are not allowed in the park.

The price for the room was very high 8300kroner for two nights because of the performance at the stadium- that was the only negative, but we had no choice. We would happily stay here again when prices return to normal.

Location was perfect for our two nights stay, very close to central station and Ullevi stadium ,very good bar and a restaurant.Hotel staff was just amazing, very helpful

Little bit outdated room interior but still very good

Very clean hotel, kindly staff and good food.The hotel has a very good location. I was for Coldplay concert and even the Hotel was full the staff managed the situation.

there was only a problem with the elevators only 1 from 3 was working and was crowding at the elevator

Room was comfy, staff was nice, breakfast was phenomenal. Location is very nice within a walking distance from downtown.

I would have liked the bar to open earlier.
