Ivo was a really good host, with nice advice and helps for things to do around. Easy communication with quick response to any of our question.

Room has a great balcony, but it's often in shadow so it was a bit cold for late september (this can be a + in summer ;D)

Very nice and quiet apartment with a terrace. Romantic pool on the roof overlooking the surroundings. Perfect and very helpful staff.

The apartments are in the middle of the peninsula and you have to walk along busy roads to get to the beaches.

The amount of kitchenware in the apartment was lower

Fantastic to have pool - albeit a small one. The large balcony with amazing views were an added extra we weren't expecting. The host was really friendly and helpful. The location was great - outside the old town but in lovely countryside short walk to the coast and a regular bus service into town. Ideal. Woudl totally recommend.

I definitely recommend this place. The owner Ivo was very helpful, as soon as we arrived he showed us where to go eat something, what tour to choose. The room itself was clean, the kitchen was small but everything you could need on a trip was on site. From the apartments themselves it is close to the bus stop with direct access to the old town, in addition, there is a store nearby. On the roof you can find a small pool with a wonderful view of the city.

I’ve never met a more friendly and service minded host, ever! Highly recommend.

If you want to have access to the pool by all times, maybe you should find a bigger hotel. This one could be busy by other guests. However, Dubrovnik has plenty of beaches and some ever by walking distance, so I wouldn’t say it’s necessary.

The view of the apartment was amazing, the fridge and kitchenette are very useful and Ivo (the manager) was extremely helpful with information for tours, beaches and even where to eat!

Ivo was an excellent host and went above and beyond for us before and during our stay. The location was perfect for both the old town but also walking distance to some amazing beaches. The view from the rooftop terrace and pool was amazing. Could not fault our stay.

Great value. Nice pool area on the rooftop. Free parking. Air conditioning. Short Uber to Old Town. Got the job done for what we were looking for.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear neighbors with kids down the hall.

Very nice apartment villa with a roof top pool where sun sets are just amazing. 5-10 min walk to nearest beaches, grocery shops and Lapad center restaurants. Bus stop in 100 m which goes to old town. Rooms were clean and good size for four of us, bed room, living room with sofa bed and small kitchen, and balcony. Host Ivo was super friendly and helping us whenever needed. We had a relaxing holiday.

Swimming pool was nice with good view.

The kitchen was turned into bedroom with sofa bed. Bathroom water flooded outside and we had to clean our rooms with towels😤😤. Kitchen was small with no proper utilities🤦.

The rooms are comfortable and the factories are good. The staff are helpful and there are people around if you need help
