Soba je čista i udobna. Lokacija je dobra, blizu tramvajske stanice. Recepcioner Vinko je veoma ljubazan i uslužan.

Osim smještaja, hotel ne nudi ništa više. Na check in-u nismo upoznati sa osnovnim stvarima (vrijeme obroka, sadržaj hotela-kojeg i izgleda da nema uopste), za sve smo morali dodatno pitati. Rečeno nam je da je večera od 6, a buffet je serviran nešto iza pola 7. Ponuda na večeri je blago rečeno grozna, 3 jela, za koje i ne pišu nazivi, a tako izgledaju da ne možeš ni vidjeti šta je servirano. Pohvala za stariju gospođu koja je veoma ljubazna i koja nas je zaustavila na izlazu iz restorana i ponudila da nam naprave nešto po izboru sa jelovnika.

Everything was just like I look for from one hotel. I cant say something bbad. This hotel is one of the best I have ever been (I was in more than 170 cities worldwide)

Nothing for dislike

The staff are friendly, welcoming and v helpful. We arrived v early (0930) to bag drop and the staff were very obliging. The reception staff were great, breakfast staff friendly and attentive and the cleaners prepped the room with enough towels & toiletries for the family that we are (often they get missed at other hotels etc). Easy to get around with Uber to airport/city/arena mall. We only stayed 1 night before flying out but it was a good stay and would recommend to others.

There was some work going on with a bit of drill noise from 8am. AC in one room required some maintenance but nothing major.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and great breakfast

When taking a shower the water temperature would vary a lot (either boiling hot or freezing cold). I told this to the staff at the front desk who promised to send a technician, but the issue persisted our whole stay.

Nice newly renovated rooms, pretty good businss centre meeting rooms.

- Poor gym facility and very basic equipment. - Low-quality of materials used (e.g. toilet water tank leaked due to the cheap plastic that could not return to initial position, water dripped all evening and was noisy, I had to dismatle it in order to fix it). Also, the bathroom shelf beneath the mirror is placed too low, so turning the water tap on is quite challenging. - No need to print letter and envelope, as a welcome letter in the room. Let's be more sustainable and produce less of completely irrelevant waste. - Sustainability idea - use soap / shower gel dispensers, and not single - use plastic bottles.

Even though check-in was at 3pm, the hotel staff were friendly and told us that we could keep our luggage at the reception until a room was available. The room was quite spacious for my friend and I, and we got a separate bed as requested. The breakfast was delicious with healthy options too. I enjoyed the sauna too. Overall a good stay.

The accommodation experience was extremely terrible. The hotel room fee was 268.12 euros, but almost 300 euros were deducted when paying. We paid the actual exchange rate in other hotels in Croatia, only this hotel charged 10% more on the excuse of the exchange rate.And the attitude of the hotel is still very bad after the intervention of booking.
