Location is excellent, although the entrance is a little difficult to find. The facilities in the room are top-notch for the price.

They are a bit prissy about the checkout time. I was a little late and getting dressed and someone cleaning the rooms just barged in, saw me, and told me that checkout time was past. I was about to leave anyway and asked for a couple of minutes, within which they had someone else come by and ask me again. Having stayed at another property right next to it for the preceding few days where the hosts were non-intrusive and accommodating, this bugged me a bit, especially since I had checked in quite late the night before.

Beautiful room in nice hostel. Room is private, although its a hostel, with modern bathroom and air conditioned. Big room, just near the old center. From the windows you can see the people taking a walk and drinking beer at the teraces. Perfect location!!

The shower maybe needs a little plumming done because the water kept filling the shower floor.

Clean lovely open concept apartment. 2 large beds and a sofa bed. One bed was on a loft with stairs. Bathroom was clean and easy to use. The morning staff apologized for a loud night, but we didn't notice any extra noise from the street.

There was no shower soap, something we've become accustomed to in Europe. The front desk is on the 3rd floor and the apartments are on the first.

Perfect location in the very center of Zagreb.

Lack of hot water was a serious issue and shouldn’t happen.

we came from belgrade by car at night, spent two nights here. the good: - location, around the corner from the main square, Trg J. Jelačića. short walk to all main attractions. - bus station for going to ljubljana is a short tram ride away - friendly and helpful staff - adequate facilities in room with cooking tops and utensils
