The bed was quite comfortable and the location was acceptable. We didn't have the breakfast package but the cafés near the hotel were decent.

The room was dated, full of dust, barely presentable, sometimes lacking white paint in certain spots. The person in the reception who took care of our check in was SUPER disrespectful and had a look of disdain the whole time. Plus, they ask for an extra 100 euros at entry - which was not included in our booking.com reservation. I'm not sure if this is common practice or not, but it didn't add up well, considering the already disrespectful receptionist. The amenities included in the toiletry were barely high enough quality - in fact - they felt like they were massively watered down, to the point where it actually felt like water. Please do better and never go to this hotel.

The staff and cleanliness were good.

It wasn't calm at all. There was a lot of noise in the corridor behind the door when the service room staff were working, and a lot of noise coming from the street even though we didn't have a view of it because they don't have double-pane windows. We couldn't sleep for an hour in the evening due to the constant siren sounds. and breakfast was good, not great.

بهذا السعر توقعت مستوى ممتاز ع فندق 4 نجوم لكن الارضية جدا تعبانه لدرجة تطلع اصوات وانته تمشى تقريبا حصلنا مثل النزله ف الارضية ف مكانين سعر المواقف العامه 20 يورو ف اليوم المفروض سعر الغرفه المرتفع يشمل السعر ومكان المواقف يبعد دقيقتين عن الفندق طبعا ما يحطو ماء للشرب كاتبين انزل تحت وعبأ الغرش عاد الاصوات الخارجيه جدا قوي مثل ما فيه عزل صوت بتاتا

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location (5 minute walk to Brussels Nord station, 15 minute walk to Grand Place). Large room, great amenities and facilities.

The corridor I was staying in was a little noisy, but not a big deal for me.

Die Lage war nicht so optimal und auch nicht gerade ansprechend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und immer sauber.

Das Nebenhaus ist im Umbau und es gab Lärm wegen der Bauarbeiten. Der Frühstucksraum entschieden zu klein für so viele Gäste. Der Auseichraum war nicht einladend, dunkel und unfreundlich. Die gänge auf den Zimmeretagen sind mit Spannteppich ausgelegt, der schon älteren Datums ist (und bei Gelegenheit einmal entfernt/erneuert werden sollte).

Staff was welcoming and lovely, cookie was great. Room was clean, spacious and plenty of hangers in the closet. Bathroom was great and clean. Location is great. Breakfast was nice and lot of fresh fruits which I really liked.

Hommikusöök oli hea, kuigi kallis. Padjad väga head, voodi samuti.

Põrandad krigisesid niivõrd, et naabrid nii kõrval kui üleval lihtsalt segasid magamist, eriti kui nad saabusid näiteks pool kolm öösel. Või lahkusid hommikul hästi vara. Samuti olid kõik vannitoas tehtavad toimingud nii hästi kuuldavad nagu see toimuks kõik minu voodi kõrval. Tualeti kasutus oli ekstra ebameeldiv.
