Majoituksen paikka oli todella hyvä, hieman monimutkaista oli kuitenkin käydä hakemassa avaimen toisesta rakennuksesta. Tilaa oli yllin kyllin pienessä asunnossa.

Asunto haisi vahvasti tupakalle ja se vaikutti viihtyvyyteen, siisteyteen ja yleistunnelmaan kielteisesti. Jos olisin saapunut aikaisemmin huoneeseen illalla, olisin pyytänyt uuden huoneen.

Lovely sized apartment with views over city. Basic provisions available - toiletries and basic tea and coffee and washing up items. Very clean and spacious. Bed mattress in main double room a little firm for me! Kitchen small but perfectly functional. Limited coking items but sufficient for a short stay. We combined eating out with self catering and it worked well. The leisure facilities at the hotel were a real bonus.

We requested a couple of additional coffee pods for our third day ( the coffee machine provided is a pod design) but none came 😬

Apartments looking at Rue due Parnasse are noisy. Hotel staff offered other room and it was very quiet

There was a lot of good space and the kitchen was well equipped.

Staff in the spa/pool was quite unhelpful. Pool was in the main hotel and there was not any easy way to get from the apartments to the hotel - the only way is to walk outside which isn't convenient when you want to go to the pool. Also spa facilities were not great - leaky, water buckets, slippery floor and no towels. The restaurant had limited food options - not many choices suitable for small kids and /or vegetarian/ vegan so I wasn't able to have dinner there.

Easy access to everything in Brussels.

Could not do early checkin. Got the room wrong and said they would fix it the next day, but never followed up

The rooms were very spacious and clean.

It was far from the city center. It was very close to EU Headquarters. The receptionist were not as friendly, i felt that they were a bit racist and they were not the sort of people that should be welcoming the guest. They are not very welcoming.

The location.

The management gave us a room that smelled like paint. We arrived late at night after an 8 hour drive. They gave us a room high up but smelt like newly freshly painted walls and doors. Our first night we could not sleep. Myself, my husband and two children woke up with headaches and were extremely exhausted. The management company the next day didn’t bother to switch our rooms or compensate us for a night that went badly.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Good location in close proximity of the European Parliament and public transport.

The property probably needs a lick of paint and generally to be refreshed.

Run-down apartments. All the rooms have an old and dusty carpet. It produced an allergic reaction to our son and we received zero solution (let alone empathy) from the staff. When we asked to have our room cleaned and hoovered we were told by staff that rooms are only cleaned every three days. When we asked to at least take out the dustbin with our baby’s used diapers we were told that in the meantime we could bring the garbage to the street ourselves… The fridge in the room didn’t work. We asked to have it fixed but no one came to repair it. When we decided to cut our stay short, the hotel wanted to charge us for the whole stay. All in all, extremely disappointing, especially the service with no empathy whatsoever to a problem we had with our son because of their old and dusty carpet and lack of cleanliness.

Hardly anything to write Positive about it…..I wish I could give minus Stars… 1. If you wish to have Experience of Budget Hotel at the Cost of Marriott please stay here… 2. Old Apartments with Half finished renovations of Original Apartment… Result - Low quality Rooms / Apartments with 80’s / 90’s Interior.. don’t know how old are Curtains and how old are Carpets in Room… 3. Kitchen in Apartment is equipped with Absolutely irritating, Noisy Dishwasher and with very much low and budget supply of Kitchenette, Cutlery etc……e.g One Spoon per person 😞 4. It’s not our first experience to stay at Marriott…we booked Marriott Executive Apartments because it had Kitchen in it ….But this time we had the feeling of getting cheated and experience of spending Money on low quality Budget Apartment is of course irreversible……

The location was convenient, and the room was efficient.

I had breakfast for an extra 25 euros per person in my group but there was no variety in the food. I thought we could have eaten better elsewhere for that price. The hotel does not have shuttle service from and to the airport, which would have made it even better. Also, no cleaning service is provided for less than 4 day-stay, which is not appealing as customers may need some supplies.

Excellent location near EU institutions, Luxembourg square with bars and restaurants, easy to walk to Ixelles and train station close by. Nice apartment, quiet. Acces to a gym.

The in-house phone didn't work and it would be nice to install a safe box in the apartment.
