Stuff was friendly and welcome

The room was on the last floor (suite) and it was not suitable for small kids ,it had no fridge and the balcony door in the entrance was broken. Baby chair did not exist and it was not very comfortable eating breakfast having the baby on your lap.the hotel is not suitable for families.

Liked that the bathroom was spacious. Liked the host was friendly. Liked the breakfast in the room.

Room was much smaller than the 20 Sqm advertised, closer to half. Bathroom was incredibly small, suitable only for very fit people. AC unit very noisy, at least it exists. Dirty balcony without any amenities (chair, table, ashtray), wasp nest on 3rd floor.

We had an amazing stay at Anixi Hotel! The place was clean and the room very comfortable. The staff was also friendly and professional. Breakfast was just exceptional, I highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, good heating, comfortable beds, possibility to have breakfast in the room, good location outside the city center with easy parking, very good WiFi.

Convenient location (Jumbo, Lidl and coffe berry - nearby), private parking, elevator :). Nice and efficient breakfast. But most importantly - a very attentive and friendly attitude towards guests.

There may be external noise if you are a light sleeper

We were very impressed by our small experience of this beautiful fully renovated hotel and by the staff within. The room was very comfortable with a spacious shower and we enjoyed a hot private jacuzzi after a long day. We asked for our breakfast to be served in our room it arrived on time and it was a feast. The location is very close to the national road with an easy access towards the airport or other parts of Athens. Definitely recommended and definitely visiting again.

I loved the attention of the staff. Breakfast in bed was incredible as the somehow manage to bring up the whole buffet ultimately. Got upgraded to a room with a beautiful jacuzzi tub and Mountain View!!

The shower had poor drainage- understandable as the property just underwent a renovation so small hiccups are expected.

Worst room I have ever booked. Dirty and torn towels that you have to ask for otherwise there are none in the room, as well as soap. The hotelier in response offered to look somewhere on the second floor for clean ones. Add to that short sheets. A very soft plastic mattress that makes your back hurt.

I left the building 10 minutes after my arrival. When I arrived there was no one at the reception. It was very difficult to find the room on my own because room numbers were not consequentials. The lift is scary, no doors at all- and the internal wall runs in front of you while staying inside. I could not lock the room door, which is inappropriate when other guests are screaming and listening to high volume music in the next door room. I was alone, on a business trip and I decided to move immediately cuz I didn't feel safe there. They seemed to be drunk, on my opinion. I did not mention the toilet of the room: the paper toilet roll was visibly used. The sink was dirty and there were not shower products at all. It was an horrible short experience. I did neither ask back for my money cuz all I wanted in that moment was just to run away from that place! Please, close this hotel. Do not call it hotel at least!

it was the cutest place! I loved the vintage look and feel to the place and area! the beds were really comfortable, and the staff amazing! they were so friendly and helped arrange a taxi to take us to the airport. they even let us stay in another room while we waited for our taxi the next day for free

not sure if this was just our room or all rooms but we didn’t have a shower curtain and water went everywhere when taking a shower

The bathroom is very small, I only got a small soap, plug sockets very dangerous (out of the wall), the curtain holder wasn't fixed (anytime I wanted to go out in the balcony or to drag the curtains in the night) it fell down on the floor. The fridge was very loud, I unplugged it but lost water on the floor. In the bathroom there was a hole in the ceiling which gave me creepy thoughts.
