Breakfast was ok, not the best, staff were very helpful and always said hello when you came in and out the hotel

Room was pretty dirty, if you had a city view you could hear the outside traffic at night when you’re trying to sleep

Good breakfast for 4 star hotel level, but not 5 star of course. The hotel is tired, it should be 4 star rated. The staff are very good.

Tired hotel, small rooms for 1 person but not couple, bathrooms are old with falling door handles etc. Needs repair.

The two ladies who were manning the reception was very very helpful specially the lady in the evening.She gave us good information about greek foods and her behaviour was exceptional.

Christiana from reception desk organized us a tri with a boat, it was amazing , the hotenis in the heart of Thens and is Avery God hotel and value for money the staff is very helpful, I wil come again for sure .

The beds were super comfy

If you’re looking for a place with a pool don’t choose this one. The pool is small and only 40cm deep. More like a pond than a pool. Very very disappointing.

The breakfast was enough and tasteful. The location is next to the metro station and transportation to touristic places is easy. The staff was very kind, cheerful and helpful to us.

The pool is very little so we couldnt use it. A/c wasnt availible in the common areas.

The roof top pool and breakfast was great. About 15 mins in a cab to the acropolis and plaka area. The staff in the restaurant and bar we’re great.

We organised a transfer through the hotel to pick us up from Athens Airport- they didn’t show up and when we called the transfer company all they said was “Sorry we didn’t have any available today” They didn’t let us know, we had our 4 month old baby and 3 year old quite distressed after flying from Melbourne. The bathroom was dirty, the fridge didn’t work well, all of the shampoos and soaps were empty in the shower, there was a leak under the sink which made water all over the bathroom floor, toilet brush was broken, plug in sink broken, our safe wouldn’t open after we locked out passports in there and they had to come and unlock it for us.

The entrance to the hotel is shocking especially when I built an image of the hotel based on the advertised picture of the hotel in Booking.com. To me, this is deceiving the customer. The picture is taken from the hotel 6th floor restaurant of the Wyndham Grand Hotel instead of the Wyndham Hotel Residence. There is a huge difference. My room was a junior suite with attrim view! What I got is a very small room with a bed and a sofa bed. The view was the back of the hotel with the A/Cs and shingles! Totally dissatisfied.

Size of the room. The bed and pillow were too comfortable. Metro station located close the hotel.

Most of the staff was nice but not efficient. It took almost one hour to get an iron, unbelievable! Surroundings are not nice, and I have been told for locals that are not safe as well

The property was well below expectation. It should be rated as a 2 star. It has a hostel like feel and facilities. The front desk was inefficient, the rooms very basic and the building not clean.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It is located near to hop on -hop off bus stop.

Pool was great , small but not a problem.
