Everything, I fell over because the carpet was bubbled, shower was difficult to get in and out of. Room was not done. I would class this hotel as a 2 star

Ideal central location for the purpose of my visit. Pleasant staff. Access to Help yourself amenities. Clean room on arrival and will maintained and provisioned bathroom

Extended frequency of room servicing. Common area chilled water system only dispensed water down to 24 degrees. Hardly chilled.

Great location when staying near china town or Clarke Quay

Tired common areas, hallways need painting and re carpeting would be a good start. Artworks in hallways couldn’t hurt.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to multiple MRT stations. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Quite run down and not very accessible for prams/wheelchairs. No wheelchair access to swimming pool and other parts of the hotel.

Location was great for most major attractions all walkable and we were over 70!

the decor is a bit sad but adequate.

The staff were so friendly and happy all the time which was great . The breakfast was good

The whole building was shabby and tired inside . The corridors carpets on the guest floors were awful, baggy , brown , very old and tatty. Everything needed to be refurbished it looked as if it hadn’t been touched fine the early 1980s . The rooms were the same . I wasn’t expecting a hotel in Singapore to be so outdated . I was disappointed.

j'ai retrouvé l'atmosphère de l'hôtel que j'ai connue à plusieurs reprises avant le covid. Il y a deux ans en revanche, l'expérience n'avait pas été bonne mais cette année, je suis satisfait. Je voudrais particulièrement remercier l'accueil très sympathique réservé au Lounge (puisque j'avais une chambre exécutive) par Raylim qui est efficace et toujours souriant. Une bonne mention également à l'entrée pour Zacus, dont l'accueil est chaleureux. Ce sont des points très positifs pour l'hôtel.

je pense qu'il y a quelques améliorations à faire au niveau de la chambre qui est par ailleurs grande avec une vue superbe. Une rénovation serait la bienvenue et une révision de l'éclairage dans la salle de bains (trop faible). Par ailleurs, il est important que le ménage soit fait tous les jours et on ne devrait pas avoir à le demander à l'accueil.
