Breakfast and staffs who handles were good , reception staffs were very very poor , were not responsive at all . We have requested for a hair driver after 40 minutes done one called as in room , saying what you want !! It was so poor response all together Room cleaning was just ok Wash room was not spacious at all , especially the tub plus . Except breakfast nothing impressed me and my family .

It’s ambience, location and the standard of this particular hotel among the chain of crowne plazas in Saudi Arabia. This is my third stay here. Every time I long for the day I would be back here. Home like stay.

Was expecting an upgrade as was promised by a phone call by staff during my last stay as our checkin got delayed and they called me after stay to my home in Riyadh promised an upgrade on my next visit

Everything about the property was great

I did not like how we were being scammed from our money and the service was terrible they just ignored my request to cancel my money and made me over pay for dinner.

Restaurant manager and lounge cafe provides good service. They guy incharge of bell area was helpful.

Reception staff and manager are awful. They were forcing me to check in before check in time and were refusing to let me sit. Hence my room.booking got cancelled by them. They are all crazy and rude. I am IHG member and entitled to use facilities as dining guest but staff was not letting me use service. Housekeeping is also awful. If you use toilet they start making fuss. Overall I won't recommend this hotel. Security is also awful. The horrible hotel staff kept saying the whole hotel and lounge is full booked. The lounge was not booked at all. They are liars. I don't like them.

I have visited the Crowne Plaza hotel previously in Riyadh, and I expected the same experience. However the hotel’s location is hard to reach, and it wasn’t easy. The room wasn’t not cleaned and dusted. The refrigerator wasn’t not working and smelly. I wouldn’t recommend it as it doesn’t worth the price at all.

Water spills on bathroom floor when showering and only one toothbrush supplied for 2 people.

Central location near the old Jeddah city. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with good air conditioning. Good spread at breakfast.

Some parts of the hotel and the room looked a bit "tired". Some items at the breakfast buffet were cold (eggs, potatoes, bacon).
