Great layout, nice architecture. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms

Restaurants only average. Winelist a joke. Breakfast disappointing. Constantly trucks moving in front of our otherwise nice sea view room due to construction works building new pool. Beach pretty ordinary.

L’établissement se trouve au bord de la plage Cenang et pas loin de plusieurs café et restaurant. Le petit déjeuner était riche et varié , les chambres étaient propres et bien équipées. Il y a un accès direct à la plage et tous le personnel était au petit soin, très gentil et très agréable

La piscine pour enfant était fermé pour travaux et nous l’avons découvert en arrivant, nous aurions aimé le savoir avoir. La Clim était bruyante et ne marchais pas très bien dans notre chambre

Hotel was lovely, beach bar great, staff really friendly. Ideal loction by the beach.

The lack of A/C across the entire resort. From the reception area that was open so i have some sympathy there. The A/C in the room was terrible. The brand new poool was far to warm, to the point that it wasn't refreshing at all. This is a good resort but is missing some small but key final touches.

لا أنصح بالحجز في هذا المنتجع لمن لديه أكثر من طفل، يقوموا بإحتساب مبلغ كبير بمجرد وجود طفلين معك إذ يقوموا بترقية الغرفة إلى غرفة عائلية بها سرير مفرد إضافي مع احتساب مبلغ كبير يصل إلى 800 رينجت في الليلة ! وهو سعر مبالغ فيه لغرض استغلالك سعر الحجز مبالغ في المنتجع ولا يستحق كون مرافقه متهالكه لانه قديم وشخصيا لا أرى انه يستحق 5 نجوم، توجد فنادق ومنتجعات أجمل في لنكاوي الغرفة ليست بتلك النظافة إضافة إلى وجود العناكب وبعض الحشرات

It was everything we could have asked for. Close access to local restaurants and shops, and very close to the beach. I visited with my family and we were not short of things to do. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, made us feel very comfortable.

It would be good if you could book a room for 3 people (triple), it only gave us the option to book for 2 and then we had to add a third as an additional and they brought a pull out bed into our room (which wasn’t as comfortable as a normal single would’ve been). But again the staff were friendly and set the extra bed up with no fuss at all

The beach view of the sunset is spectacular. The room is great. The bathroom and products were nice. The breakfast was amazing. Very close to the airport and many tourism centers.

The reception staff were meh. Some bugs were in my room. Swimming is not allowed in the beach.

De kamer had hier en daar wat schoner gekund. Er lagen nog wat haren in de wasbak toen we aankwamen en wat stof en vuil van de vorige gasten

The property, facilities and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast had a great choice. Pools were clean, room was clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

The rooms were very nicely done and well equipped

Some of the staff were not very helpful but overall it was a good experience

Sehr schön, an einem tollen Strand, 2 große Pools. Am Strand entlang kann man in das kleine Städtchen gehen, wo es alles gibt. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Ausstattung. Wir waren in Haus 50, ziemlich abgelegen aber total ruhig. Im Meer kann man hervorragend baden. Betten super. Personal sehr freundlich und lieb. Danke.

Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten. Wir hatten leider keinen Fön. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr verschiedene Obstsorten gewünscht. Es gibt so leckere tropische Früchte. Aber dass ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau

Huge resort on the beach. Our island view room was spacious with beautiful views and well equipped . Lots of offerings for breakfast and all was fresh. Staff friendly and courteous and room attendant went the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

Access to the pool was challenging because of our age and mobility issues, those ladders are not age friendly. My only easy access was at the spa area where there were gradient steps with a hand rail but this was a small shallow confined area.

Het complex is prachtig gelegen in een perfect onderhouden park.De kamers liggen in typisch Maleisische huizen, wat het een authentieke lokale sfeer geeft. Het ligt rustig aan het strand en toch ook dicht bij de winkeltjes en restaurants van de strip. De voorzieningen zijn luxe en zeer verzorgd. Het personeel doet alles om het je naar de zin te maken.

Het strand is mooi, maar zwemmen in zee is niet altijd mogelijk ivm kwallen. Echter de zwembaden maken dat meer dan goed.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine wunderschöne Anlage, einen ruhigen Strandabschnitt, der durch seine natürliche Beschattung und die geschmackvollen Holzliegen besticht. Auch zu Gastronomie, Shops, Motorrollerverleihstationen etc. bietet es eine kurze, fußläufig überwindbare Entfernung. Das Frühstücksangebot in den Restaurants war abwechslungsreich und überraschte uns positiv. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem das stets freundliche, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Personal sämtlicher Arbeitsbereiche. Das tolle Gesamtpaket hat uns die Zeit sehr genießen lassen. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

En größerer Wäscheständer wäre wünschenswert, da der Balkon es definitiv platzmäßig zuließe. Über mehr Kleiderhaken im Badezimmer und Kleiderbügel im Schrank hätten wir uns gefreut.

Prachtig resort voorzien van 2 zwembaden, voldoende horeca en een privéstrand met prachtig uitzicht (op de zonsondergang). Zowel bij het zwembad als op het stand zijn er meer dan voldoende bedjes. We hadden een ruime kamer met balkon en ruime badkamer met douche en bad. Het bed lag heerlijk, evenals de kussens. Het ontbijtbuffet werd geserveerd op 2 locaties, het hoofdgebouw en aan het strand. Meer dan voldoende keuze! Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Het inchecken duurde ontzettend lang! Bij binnenkomst werd om onze paspoorten gevraagd, na een uur wachten voor het inchecken hebben we deze zelf teruggevraagd. Waarom het inchecken zo lang moest duren is ons een raadsel en lijkt ons ook onnodig gezien de korte tijd die de dame nodig had om ons daadwerkelijk in te checken.

The warm welcome, the small blocks of accommodation made the stay more personal. Every member of staff greeted you when you passed them. Resort was clean and well laid out. Facilities were excellent

The service at the beach restaurant, Pelangi Grill needs work, breakfast was disorganised and one evening we waited over 1.5 hours for our meal to be served, by contrast the Asian restaurant was well managed

Check-in really took too long. The aircon in the room was pretty old & noisy, it took very long to cool down the room esp this extreme hot weather now.

-Good sand on the beach -Good room and equipment inside (small issues with aircon - but was fixed) -Big territory -Nice sea view. Upgraded room.

-No conditioners due to a resort conception. Extremely HOT everywhere. Impossible to have breakfast/dinner/lunch in any air conditioned place except in-room delivery -Extremely long check-in (~1 hour) -Very very poor breakfast in western restaurant. Very spicy food for western cuisine. Almost no choice -Too expensive food in terms of value for money -Not very well prepared (most of dishes were overcooked) -No working showers on the beach and swimming pool areas. No water pressure at all. Impossible to wash yourslef after sea or swimming pool -Towels are only near main swimming pool -Almost no personal on the huge hotel territory. But those few people we have found were very nice. -The area is not very well maintained - all the grass is dried out. All territory looks abandoned -Water in the sea was not very transparent - but no garbage -Plane are landing near the hotel territory - But no serious issues due to that

Its whole package: beautiful surroundings, nice rooms, 2 very nice pool areas. Our room was quite far from the lobby, however we could order a buggy ride if needed. Staff was helpful and professional.

Only minutes was that in the sea there are jelly fishes, but that’s nothing girl can do about.. swimming pool areas compensates it nicely.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechlsungsreich im Restaurant Pelangi Grill wird eher ein europäisches Frühstück angeboten, im Restaurant Spice Market wird ein asiatisches Frühstück (Halal) angeboten. Wir fanden das Frühstück im Spice Market ansprechender. Das Abendessen im Spice Market (Buffet) fanden wir zu teuer und nicht abwechslungsreich. Wir haben nur einmal hier gegessen. Der Strand in Richtung Süden ist sehr schön, aber Achtung wir hatten im Januar einige Quallen im Wasser. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und geräumig, auch mit Zustellbett. Außerhalb des Hotels kann man viele Restaurants und Shops fußläufig erreichen.

Der Preis für das Zustellbett ist nicht gerechtfertigt, da das Bett gut für Kinder oder kleine Menschen (bis zu einer Körpergröße von 1,75m) geeignet ist. Hier wäre ein vergünstigter Tarif für das Zustellbett wünschenswert

Staff were friendly and helpful with all needs. Rooms are clean spacious and well decorated and maintained.

Kids in every pools they need an adult hours in the swim up bar pool

Staff are so happy and welcoming. Beds very comfortable and good location to be right on the beach.

Jellyfish meant be couldn't swim in the sea which was disappointing. Food at the Cascade pool is not good. The main dining area much better!
