كذب المدير والموظفين اتهام والدي الذي يصل من العمر قرابة السبعين سنه ولم يدخن قط في عمره واتهامي بالتدخين بالغرفه لكي ادفع مبلغ اضافي وحين مواجهتهم وطلبت من المدير الذهاب معي للغرف لكي يتاكد بنفسه ولما ذهب الم يجد شي ولا توجد راحة تدخين قام بالاعتذار بطريقه كبرياء وحينها قررت عدم التمديد بهذا الفندق ملاحظا من اول يوم اتيت الى الفندق لم يوفرو لي نفس الغرف التي تم حجزها من بوكينق واقول لهم انا حجزت غرفة مساحتها تتجاوز 30 مترا وسرير كبير يقولون ليس متوفر والغرف اصغر من التي تم حجزها

قمه في الرقي والنظافه يعجز عن الوصف من شدة الروعه

easy to reach the hotel by BTS, around 5 min walk from one station. Staffs always try to fulfil the requests. Nice breakfast buffet

The facilities in the Fitness center are old, which are not that user-friendly.

The decor of the room is a bit off and slightly gloomy

The hotel’s location is very convenient. The hotel is located on a shopping street next to nana street, and the Bumrungrad hospital is a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was definitely one of the best I ever had.
