Staff are friendly. Really value for money.

The air conditioning was bad, Me and my family (3 of us) stayed for 3 nights and it was really bad. 1st night, the issue happens between 2-4am, the aircon just stop working (full stop), tried to turn off and turn on, but nothing works, then I called the reception and state my case and they told me that they’ll send a technician, after an hour you started to sweat. On the 2nd night, I went to the reception and told them about the aircon situation and if they can move me to another room and they told me that they have resolved the issue that it should not happen again, much of my demise at 5am you are being awaken on your own sweat, the aircon just stop. Now reaching the 3rd night and still the same issue of aircon just halting on your deepest sleep. So don’t stay in this hotel or if you don’t have much of a choice, don’t stay on room 903, it’s a crappy aircon and looks like it’s just happening in this room (903).

The breakfast was good.

The hotel wasnt able to provide us with plates and cutleries. As tourist, we would definately pack food from outside to eat in the hotel Room. We needed plates. They said they cant provide. That wasnt helpful at all.

The hotel is in a quiet location off busy Sukhumvit Road. Many great restaurants, massage businesses and bars nearby as well as a 7/11 just across the road. Walking distance to Asoke-BTS and Sukhumvit-MRT with a complementary hotel shuttle which will take you to the end of the Soi. Breakfast has a good variety of eastern and western dishes. Loved the addition of Thai iced tea and coffee. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and keen to please. Excellent value for money.

The hotel just needs some upgrading/modernising. Apart from this everything else was perfect.

El baño está mal diseñado, el vano (giro) de la puerta golpea contra el sanitario y tenes que hacer maniobras porque también casi llega hasta el Lavabo. La habitación es grande y disimula mucho estos detalles. Me he alojado en otros Golden Tulip en América, y este luce desde afuera como antiguo y poco atractivo. Comparado con otros GTulip, este es el más feo. Realmente esperaba encontrarme con un mejor hotel, reitero, en base a mi experiencia con otros hoteles de la cadena.

Nothing it was a nightmare and scammers they show photos that are not real

Hotel is a nightmare, very old furniture and not clean, we reserved king room but was so dirty we had to ask staff to change, they gave new room but it was worse, rain leaking into room from windows and bad smell in the room. Shower is leaking water from 3 places.. and staff are different story, they treat you like student in dormitory, yelling at you for using coffee machine two times and super bad breakfast, we had it one time and never went back there for the stay. We felt like we don't want to stay anymore we looked for new hotel and left before staying period finishes.. I do not recommend photos are scam and not real... Disgusting

Staff was very very nice and there is shutter service from the hotel to the main road which was super convenient.

My room was very nice and spacious only small dislike is the AC is not that cold ( but understandable for the weather here which sometimes AC is cold but that not enough)

La struttura è molto accogliete e moderna. Il personale è gentile e soddisfa ogni esigenza. Ottimo il servizio gratuito di tuc tuc per la stazione della metro.

Hôtel bien placé au calme dans le quartier Sukumvit proche du métro et BTS, le tuktuk pour nous y amener est très pratique. Personnel très aimable. Literie confortable. Bon petit déjeuner. Piscine agreable.

Nous avions une chambre familiale et elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos, beaucoup plus vieillissante. Odeur de canalisations, douche qui fuit. Il manque de quoi étendre les serviettes et vêtements (maillots de bain etc)

Great central location. Tuk tuk provided to nearby BTS station - very welcoming especially with the Bangkok heat! Nicely appointed room.

The staff is very nice, the breakfast buffet is very good and the hotel facilities and equipment are great and modern. I first stayed at another other in Bangkok and changed to this one and really happy I could end my vacation in Thailand there!

The terrace by the pool is quite small and the sun is very limited.

Conforto do quarto, apesar de não ser novo. Cama e lençóis excelentes. Café da manhã e piscina maravilhoso. Excelente localização.

Toalhas de banho poderiam ser mais novas.

A bit worn down, however not a big deal. Still enough of value for money.

We stayed on the hotel for two nights. Very comfortable. Amazing location, 10 min tuk tuk drive to malls & train station. The hotel provided the tuk tuk free of charge. The room was spacious and modern. We had a flight at 9pm and the staff stored our luggage and let us use the facilities after check out.

We booked a room with 4 beds. The “original beds” were very comfortable but the added beds were very hard. The restaurant for dinner / lunch is very bad and over priced for Thailand.

Super hôtel, la piscine est très appréciable à Bangkok ! La chambre est grande, avec une très belle vue sur les grattes ciel ! Literie très confortable !

Juste une petite odeur de renfermé quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre , qui est partie après ! Peut être les produits de nettoyage !

Everything was great: the wide and clean facilities, the varied breakfast, the room amenities... Executive room is 100% recommended, we even had our own washing machine!

We did not enjoy the location that much, finding restaurants around late at night was a bit difficult and it's very far - crazy traffic also plays a part- from Phra Nakhon, which is the historical district and the one we enjoyed the most.

Hôtel bien décoré. Notre suite était grande et confortable. Les grandes baie avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est impressionnant et qualitatif. La piscine est agréable avec ses bains de soleil. Le personnel adorable et au petits soins pour les clients.

Le personnel à l'accueil est super ! Toujours le sourire et un petit mot, très disponible pour nous renseigner : transport, restaurant, visite à faire! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a bcp de choix. La piscine est très agréable, c'est super de s'y relaxer après une journée de visite. Les chambres sont grandes et propres.

Les matelas sont un peu durs. La situation géographique, un peu loin du métro.

It was an enjoyable stay, and the front desk team (especially Meili) helped a lot in arranging various aspects of our trip, even before we arrived. Our family really enjoyed the couple of days we stayed here.

L’emplacement était très bien au bout du chemin une avenue principale et surtout le métro

Je peux juste dire que la clim fait énormément de bruit obligée de l éteindre sinon le reste était parfait
