Service viel zu langsam und kein gutes englisch

This resort is spectacular, from the architecture, to the beautiful grounds and maintained gardens. The staff were all brilliant and always came with a smile. They were extremely accommodating to any requests we had. We travelled with our toddler and she was extremely happy with all the facilities the resort offered for kids. The location was perfect, where we could venture out in the evenings, with nearby bars and restaurants on their doorstep. We actually planned on doing some of the activities bali has to offer, however we actually spent most of our holiday utilizing the resorts facilities and the beautiful beaches. The breakfast options were also amazing! We particularly enjoyed the Indian restaurant that Provided an alternative breakfast. It was delicious! It truly was a spectacular and memorable holiday. We are already planning our next trip. There is something truly special about this place.

The rooms may not be the most modern, (as you may see from some of the comments) but for what it lacks in some modern commodities, it makes up for in many other ways. (As mentioned above) You may also notice some reviews about rubbish on the beach. While there was plastic on the beach, I saw the staff work tirelessly every morning picking up as much rubbish as they could. This problem is not down to the resort, it is the responsibility of some very selfish humans. Quite honestly there are very little negative comments that I can talk to.

Wir hatten eine 115 qm Suite, die sehr gut eingerichtet war und einen großen Balkon hatte. Minibar und Obst/Kekse waren inklusive. Wir konnten morgens im Palace frühstücken. Dort war es erheblich ruhiger, als im Buffetrestaurant Waterfall. Die Auswahl war dort sehr gut. Man konnte draußen sitzen und sogar das Meer sehen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Strandlage des Hotels sehr schön. Der Strand selbst war der schönste, den wir auf Bali gesehen haben. Das Hotel selbst ist riesig und wunderschön angelegt. Wer nicht den Vorteil des Palace genießt, muss sich aber auf ein wenig Trubel einstellen.

Wir hätten uns ab und zu einen Adult Only Bereich gewünscht. Nur die Liegen des Palace hatten Auflagen. Das geht nicht für ein Hotel dieser Klasse!

Being in our 70"s after a long flight it was a long walk from reception down to our rooms. Perhaps a buggy of some sort to move older people would be a huge reason why we would return. Having to do that walk to reception every day for a taxi whatever in the heat was a bit distressful for us. Plus we did not realise it was a Family Resort with thousands of Kids which we found very noisy around the pools. ALSO some printed information in our rooms showing facilities etc.

Really amazing hotel. May be the best I have been too. Perfect, really. The reception, spacious rooms (no USB plug near bed, but who cares if you are on Bali!), high quality hard wood furniture and what a lobby. GRAND!!

The only negative thing here is a large number of guests which come for all this beauty. Which is a world problem. My 10 review will contribute to that :-) The hotel can handle it capacity wise, but you can get a bit irritated looking voor a place on the beach or staying in a queue for a coffee or omelette during breakfast.

We were in Ayodya Palace. Beach was close, breakfast was a good variety in club area, staff were more than helpful and just loved how they smiled and always said hello. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool was fine and private for Palace users. Good choice of restaurants.

The resort was looking a little tired. A lot of people, but it did have 760 rooms, so you had to expect a lot of people. Pool was good, but I hate it when people place books on sun lounges, then don't come back for 2 hours or more. Sometimes you can't get to sit down at pool.

Zimmer und Hausflure sind inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig, unser Zimmer roch muffig (vermutlich Feuchtigkeitsproblem oder die alte Klimaanlage). Ein nachträglich bestelltes Zustellbett für unsere Tochter (damit wir nicht zu dritt in einem Doppel-Bett schlafen) war m.E. etwas teuer (2,25 Mio IDR für 3 Nächte).

Words can’t justify this property, amazing views of beach and ocean..one of the best hotel lobbies I’ve seen..superb breakfast…very humble and helpful staff…too many activities to choose from…great location to explore nearby areas like Uluwatu, Seminyak, Canggu, Sanur and day trip to Nusa Penida…

I would be surprised if anyone has had bad experience at this property

It would have been a magnificent resort at one stage but the rooms are very tired

Nice breakfast and beach. Very good ambiance inside the resort , very friendly staff. Lots of play area for kids. Very ideal place for family, and I would love to visit again.

After booking even after making full payment, I got some malicious link asking for payment. Later they acknowledge that it was from a fraudster.

The gardens and pools are amazing

Our water was barely warm and the shower leaked through the wall and left puddles/ flooded in the living area. We had towels on the floor our whole 10 days.

Huge property with two lovely pools and direct access to the beach (private access) that touches the property. The entire ambience and landscaping of this property is amazing. Cycles are available for free to have a ride around the property until 6 pm in the evening. Rooms are large and comfortable and most overlook the lagoon so you have a nice view from the balcony. You can have breakfast or lunch or dinner in the "Waterfall" cafe overlooking the lagoon and see different birds skimming over the water and maybe even spot a monitor lizard swimming in the lagoon ! Just for the lagoon I'd give it 12 points out of 10 :)))

Can't think of anything - the furniture and floors are all wooden so maintenance is probably tough but rooms are large, clean and comfortable. A clothes drying rack in each room balcony or bathroom would be a plus... even if it detracts from the real estate value. Folks were hanging wet clothes on chairs, tables and balcony rails !!

P R Z E P I Ę K N Y hotel! Gdy wieczorem podjechaliśmy, zaparło nam dech w piersiach. Ogromny resort, ale z mnóstwem przestrzeni i zieleni, także nie czuliśmy się przytłoczeni. Hotel był prawie cały obłożony, a mimo to bez problemu udawało się znaleźć miejsca przy basenie lub na plaży. Na miejscu kilka restauracji, szczególnie polecam indyjską. Bardzo duży wybór śniadania - syn chodził po kilka dokładek (śniadanie nr 1 , nr 2 i nr 3 ;)) Piękny, duży pokój, kilka basenów, ręczniki przy basenie i plaży, zajęcia dla dzieci, możliwość wypożyczenia roweru. Ale przede wszystkim atmosfera miejsca - wypoczęliśmy nawet z naszą hiperaktywną dwójką dzieci.

Ciężko nam było skontaktować się z hotelem przed przyjazdem, nie odpowiadali na maile, na wiadomości na whatsuppie, dopiero po 2 telefonach(Z Pl do Indonezji!), ktoś się odezwał. Widać, że niektóre miejsca wymagają odświeżenia. Na śniadanie bardzo ograniczony wybór, jeśli jesteś na diecie specjalnej (u nas jedno z dzieci na bezglutenowej). Nie byliśmy przekonani, że wiedzą o co chodzi w diecie bg, kilka razy tłumaczyliśmy to samo różnym osobom.

Отличный отель, большая красивая территория. Все выло очень хорошо, кроме персонала в зоне пляжа. Персонал в зоне пляжа ужасен, сложно представить что эти люди могут работать в таком месте.

Персонал на пляже, хуже некуда. Я ни разу не смог заказать там еду. Они меня просто игнорировали. Даже когда я сам подошел взял меню и попросил подойти ко мне за заказом через 5 минут. Никто не пришел. Я звал, махал руками, они просто смотрели и ничего не делали. Но самое смешное! Стоило мне только отвернуться официант подбежал забрал меня со стола и убежал! Я испытал шок. Я сделал несколько попыток в разное время и дни, но так и не смог поесть в этом ресторане. Я просто сидел часами за пустым столом…

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the beach. The style of the Ayodya Palace is very in keeping. The staff are fantastic, nothing was to much trouble, very welcoming. There was a good reasonably priced food and drink selection on the complex. When my wife got sick and needed medical assistance they couldn't be more helpful getting us to and from the hospital and keeping our room open for us as we were due to check out. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Ayodya Palace as it said no children, (we have two older children) however, we had children running up and down the corridors, in the Palace pool and at Breakfast and the cocktail hour. The hotel provides ample other facilities for children, but the adults only seemed to be disregarded.

Loved the location, the staff and the surroundings of the hotel. Loved that you could walk around to the local restaurants and other hotels.

Breakfast is a basic buffet but does the job! The coffee machine was unfortunately broken a few of the days we were there.

The location was perfect it was close to everything such as stores and restaurants and very convenient !

It was hard to communicate with the staff because they barely spoke English, also they would not answer the phone!

Super friendly staff and a beautiful hotel in truly beautiful surroundings. Amazing experience. Saw reviews of it being outdated; not true. Everything in Balinese style with great sense for detail. Most elaborate breakfast. A hotel I would very much recommend.

Beach bar is too expensive for what you get.

The traditional Bali style is amazing. The staff were wonderful.

Facilities were excellent, ambience was excellent food was good staff was supportive. Was supportive for late check out.

Room was bit rundown, bathroom was just OK water was problem in bathroom. One day unable to close the tap next day unable to open the tap. Information provided was not accepted by concernef department . Eg told that shuttle to airport was 100K per person the concerned desk asked for 200K.

Территория большая, пляж есть. Есть для детей горки,бассейны, какие то развлечения.

Завтраки отвратительные, очередь за кофе, вай фай ужас, номера старые, но это везде.
