A perfect stay - deeply relaxing, great food, I had two extraordinary massage treatments (full 2 hours each) and it was very quiet and private. Great for a couple.

Beautiful and well maintained. Fresh and salt water lagoons with a massaging waterfall just i front of the fitness room on either side. The beach was cleaned of seaweed and the water warm and calm for swimming. Loved all the restaurant options. The Cornerstone has excellent pastries which they serve warm! The Betubetu chicken at Kul Kul was to die for! As was the Nasi Bali plate at Arwana. All the staff was amazing and attentive. We loved the exotic Balinese dances at the courtyard bar and the retro movie filmed in Bali on movie night. The fitness room has a sauna as well as a steam room. You can walk to 2 parks with beautiful cliff views and statues!

The AC in the fitness room was down. No water sports equipment. Hawkers on the beach.

The property is incredible with a lot of different pools. Some pools might have nobody in which is great if you want relaxation. Also enjoyed that salt water pools with the sandy coves, great if you don’t like pool water with strong chemicals. Great amenities and good location near the mall. Breakfast is great and hotel was not very busy the period we went which it was awesome. Staff very nice and attentive. Great beach walk up the front by the beach. Luckily also a bit of a surf as well next to Pura Nusa, can hire a board from the locals. Free shuttle to the mall next door, even though it is only a 7min walk.

Construction next door (Melia side) can be heard from the rooms facing that side but it was not overly loud.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. Everything was really, really good. Staff were first class. Great choice of restaurants and bars. And the beach was immaculate. Will definitely return. We had one small problem with the lighting in our room, but this was resolved quickly and efficiently by moving us to another even nicer room.

Мы были очень уставшие после длительного перелёта. 2. Отличное расположение отеля на самом лучшем пляже Бали. В 10 мин. ходьбы - торгово-развлекательный комплекс Bali collection, где большое количество кафе, массажных кабинетов, магазинчиков и небольших супермаркетов. Вдоль всего пляжа есть прогулочная дорожка, где можно погулять или покататься на велосипедах. 3. Во время пандемии в отеле был сделан капитальный ремонт. В номерах отличная шумоизоляция, новая сантехника, современная бесшумная система кондиционирования, удобная кровать, TV, который синхронизируется со смартфоном. 4. Территория отеля - выше всяких похвал - красивая и ухоженная. 5. Завтраки очень вкусные: огромный выбор экзотических фруктов, овощей, разнообразной выпечки, свежевыжатые соки, яичница и омлеты на заказ и много другой вкуснейшей еды. 6. Но самое главное-это персонал. Вежливость, забота о гостях, желание помочь, пообщаться на нейтральные темы, оказаться в нужном месте в нужный момент- всё это проявление высочайшего профессионализма. Это касается и работников ресепшн, и официантов, и садовников, и уборщиков номеров, и поваров и всех остальных. Спасибо им всем!!!🙏

You had to walk about 15 minutes from reception to your room so we didn’t stay there. We went to another motel.

Resort is laid out brilliantly. We rarely saw anyone. The poolside rooms are absolutely amazing and definitely worth the extra few $$. It’s a short 10min walk to Bali collection which has so many other restaurant options at considerably less than resort prices. Quality of food there was excellent.

the employees, we had a 7 nights stay for our honeymoon, they gave us a room next to a kitchen, a very dark and unpleasant room for our special occasion, the only purpose is to take your money (to make deposits that you need spend all), the SPA prices are incredible high and on Marriot website is 50% cheaper than in their offer (they've told us the prices are not updated 😂😂) 300 euro for a couple massage? really ? We will return to Bali, but never to this location, NEVER (they're looking in your passport, if you are American, German etc, you might be receiving a better room, if you are from Eastern Europe you will get a similar room like ours). Aaa, next to us in the last 3 4 nights they've gave the room next to us to a guy (it was an employee from the hotel) which had mental problems, all kind of weird noises and scratches he was doing in the middle of the night ! thank you Marriot, very professional

Food is great a lot of variety from different cuisine. The location is where we preferred quiet & not too busy atmosphere

The place was like paradise. A big thanks to the staff especially Mr Purna for going over and beyond to make us comfortable.

Das Essen war eher wie in einem europäischen 3Sternehotel. In jedem Strassenrestaurant wir ummKlassen besser gekocht. Vor allem das Balinesische Essen. Dafür kostete es aber das 10 fache. Das ist peinlich!!! Auch dass man für die überdachten Liegen etwas bezahlen musste, empfanden wir bei dem Hotelpreis, als Abzocke.

Beautiful comfortable and lovely food

Very expensive to eat and drink in the resort. Having paid a lot for the accommodation i would have thought the food and beverage would be normal prices but they very very high.

The service was top-level, concierge and tour organizers very friendly. The resort is huge with various lagoons, the room even had a nice balcony, and the choice at breakfast was very wide. It is among the best level you can find in Bali for this price.

To be very picky, a pool bar was missing vs what you could find in other resorts.

our stay was 10/10!!We loved our room, the 7 pools were all stunning, staff were so friendly and food and drinks were always top notch. We will be back to stay here for sure!!
