Location was good, rooms were clean. Price performance was good.

Our window was opening towards backside of the hotel where was rather big noise from ventilation. Water pressure was little too low.

Comfortable bed and nice number in 7th floor with City view.

Breakfast time is from 8 a.m till 11:00 a.m We came at 10:15. Seems like we took the least of breakfast this day.

SPA is closed for a ling time already. For what reason you mentioned everywhere that you do have it? This calls consumer lies and deceit. Walls is dirty, why you dont paint it? Water costs 2 eur( in other Mercury branches it is free of charge. Personal in reception very unfriendly. Overall , thank you gor spoiled weekend.

Very central location, beautiful view at the town, good breakfast

Economy room was very small and the double bed was very narrow. It was only 1,6 m blanket for two persons. I think it should be two blankets for two persons.

A central city location

The room was somewhat dated, the sound isolation is also very poor, you can hear air conditioners, traffic at night, noise coming from the corridor. The main issue we had was with breakfast. The selection of food was poor, it was cold, most of it not topped up, cutlery was missing, most tables remained uncleared for extended periods of time, no staff was immediatelly available to ask for assistance. We've travelled extensivelly around Lithuania and there are better 3* accommodation around. Overall, do not expect the 4* service at this hotel.

Restaurant waitresses need to be much more attentive. I know Lithuanian culture does not tip much, but this hotel was full of businessmen and I am sure they would appreciate good service.
