The first room we were allocated was filthy

Perfect location, almost in the center of the shopping area. Very spacious rooms. Parking under the property (15 GBP/day) . Good Breakfast.

Superbly located with nearby parking. Room clean and specious. Breakfast buffet was everything you could wish for.

The property is in a great location. It’s a very short walk to the centre. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. There is a nice bar and seating area and the breakfast offers a good choice of items.

Not really dislike anything but the rooms are pretty small if you don’t upgrade. At breakfast they could offer crusty bread or rolls rather than plain white bread and sourdough

zeer goede locatie, op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum van Bath. Ruime, openbare parking vlakbij het hotel. Zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime kamer met voldoende plaats om bagage te plaatsen.

Diversity of the breakfast

The staff were brilliant. The thing I did find disappointing was they allowed dogs in, if I had known I wouldn't of booked. On Sunday I found it annoying that house keeping wasn't done and I had to ask for the towels to be replaced. Sunday breakfast wasn't good, no glasses, no cups, the coffee machine wasn't working properly, though Monday there were no issues

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

The bathroom and the lifts were so small and I'm claustrophobic. The tile grouting in the shower was black and needed replacing. Stepping out of the shower cubicle, I stood on the doorstop that had no top on it = very sharp and cut my toe. Nozzle would not attach on the hairdryer. Coffee and fruit served at breakfast were tasteless. Staff were ambivalent towards guests.

Ottima posizione: cinque minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e con parcheggio proprio sotto l'albergo; purtroppo a pagamento e senza affiliazioni con l'albergo (mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di diverso da Hilton). Ottima la colazione con una bellissima sala e personale molto cordiale. Mi è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito della camera, è diventata una quadrupla vista fiume ma il divano letto non era pronto (sistemato in 10 minuti).

La pulizia dei vetri delle finestre (macchiati dai bisogni dei gabbiani). Neanche una bottiglia d'acqua in camera: siamo dovuti scendere al bar dell'albergo e pagare più di 3 pound.

Everything was professional

Room was good size. Reception staff were excellent and enjoyed our warm cookies on arrival.

Carpark is a little difficult to negotiate but it isn't part of the hotel. The bed was bit too firm for me and the pillows were too flat.

Location was great! Very short walk to the Roman baths area. Parking was payable but cap at 15 pounds which is reasonable by UK standards.

The pillows were a little dusty. Both my kid and I had itchiness at our necks in the middle of the night (we’re both with sensitive skin).

The staff are very friendly and their local knowledge and recommendations for sites and restaurants to visit was very welcome. The breakfast was really nice, there was plenty of variety and again the staff were really lovely.

Excellent location. Right in the heart of the City of Bath.

Expected a bit more luxury in the room. A bath would have been ideal. Also robes and slippers! for a King size Superior Room - expected it to be a bit bigger!

The convenience to the city.

I was overcharged by more than £100, a fact that I only uncovered by viewing my bank statement. The whole establishment was understaffed, and this led to problems checking in, the cleaning of the property and the accuracy of the administration.

Great location, everything in Bath within short walking distance. Fantastic breakfast. Cleanliness and facilities were decent overall.

Room wasn't ready for check-in, however drinks vouchers were provided whilst we waited. Housekeeping didn't turn up whilst we were there so we ran out of complimentary coffee/milk/water in the room, but more importantly also toilet roll(!). The shower needs a deep clean as it was covered in black mold. Carpet in the room stained. Expensive parking.
