Great value for money, good location.

Our room was not ready until 20 minutes after the expected time.

A quiet location, far from major roads, in walking distance to the central station and city centre. Breakfast is quite good too.

When I opened the window in my room to let some fresh air in, the room filled with a smell cooked food - from the restaurant downstairs, obviously.

Incredibly clean and well organised. Check in and out was swift and easy. Rooms were great size and fit for the price. Breakfast had a good range - even if floured baps was spelt wrong ;)

There's probably been loads of comments about it already but the lifts. It was an extremely busy weekend with multiple retailers with trolleys moving stock to the venue next door - the hotel knew about this as a discount code was arranged for those people. But on the weekend of the event, one of the lifts was out of service, and the remaining lift was incredibly slow. This meant a huge queue of people not only waiting on ground floor to get up but also on every level, waiting to get down (with numerous heavy trolleys). We only had one trolley thankfully but were still stuck waiting for 40 minutes just to get downstairs. It was frustrating as someone a part of that event. I dread to think what it was like for people NOT involved with that event!

Coffee in the morning at breakfast.

The hotel is located right next to Leeds Docks which meant that is provided a scenic view early in the morning and in the evening. It is also located next to the Royal Armouries Museum and is within a walkable distance from Leeds City Center.

Loved the location of this hotel on the docks, was a lovely sunny day so able to sit outside in the sunshine.

Rooms are very small, no room really to get round when sofa bed pulled out.

Great location to visit Leeds City Centre Price was extremely good. Pets allowed which was a bonus Breakfast was super.

Close to Armouries!! Free breakfast was a great extra.

Friendly staff and pleasant different location. Room was very ergonomic and spotless. The Amber Taxi service was excellent and reasonably priced.

Couldn't fault it. Will stay again as the area is nice and the taxis were cheap.

Location in the quay area was excellent - on the Leeds/ Manchester canal with walks for miles in either direction, and just 15 minutes walking distance from central Leeds. Room size good, very clean, shower very good. Hotel faces a traffic free square on the canal, with bars and restaurant below - Pizza Express 3 minutes walk, and was very quiet after 9pm, no problems with noise

the breakfast was just ok, with an absence of fresh fruit, and decent muesli, but did have cooked alternatives - bacon sandwiches? eggs, beans etc. The coffee, as usual in U.K. hotels, was not good, and the hotel entrance needed a good clean

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and room pleasant, as was the room. The free drink as an apology for not having my booking was appreciated.

My booking didn’t make it from the booking.com system to the hotel system so my room had not been reserved meaning that it had to be substituted. The staff were lovely but the was a short tense period while I waited to find out if I actually had a room.

The staff I dealt with tried to be accommodating in assisted as best as they can because the room we received was completely unacceptable

The room size was below acceptable for a family room. There was very little walking space and the bed was uncomfortable and the spring metal was digging into our body. The fold out bed seemed very dirty as well.

Good sized room with comfy beds and nice bathroom (shower), as well as tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent and with a choice of cooked (full English) or continental style.

Asked for adjacent or communicating rooms, which was not provided, but at least the rooms were on the same floor.
