Excellent location and a beautiful hotel. It was our silver wedding anniversary and not only were we upgraded to a beautiful king room but also given vouchers for complimentary drinks. Such a lovely touch to our special day.

Everything from checking in to checking out,we love our stays at this hotel because the staff are so lovely and friendly and also very helpful. We have stayed here 10 times over the years. We stayed Bed and Breakfast and it is excellent definitely a 10/10.

Great, central location, very close to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Our room was very spacious with great views, had a coffee and tea station. The bed was really comfortable.

Staff at reception were very grumpy and unfriendly. Very expensive car park.

Bed slightly hard

Loved the styling of the rooms was much more bougie than the last time I stayed which was lovely it looked like it had just undergone some renovations. We had a really lovely view overlooking the canal also. It was an 8 min walk to Trinity shopping market and the train station was a 2 minute walk away which was great.

the hotel was in a great location close to the train station .Fabulous buffet breakfast eat what you like as much as you like room was spacious and comfortable. loved the sky lounge. Great staff.

The views from the room were amazing, everything was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable, rooms were quiet, we had a great stay, couldn’t fault it

Maintenance work/drilling going on in a room close by on our last day when we were hoping to have a peaceful, relaxing morning.

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel from the staff on the desk for our two-night stay. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was handy for the city centre and the train station. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options catering for everybody.
