Location beach and great sea view room with lovely comfortable beds

Pool wasn’t great but ok for little dip or swim but children in it. Bar would be far better located in the quieter season in reception area rather than a separate room where no one was on each evening.

The room and food in the hotel was great

The noise of running children up and down banging doors and the family above us jumping up and down till late on ceiling. Also the pool was dirty with hair and could not hardly get in there. We left 2 days early

The only issue was the noise from toon above, nothing against the people, but you can hear every step and movement they make. The building needs sound insulation between floors

They forgot my birthday even though my Mrs had emailed them and telephoned reception x3 times.

Staff so helpful, room and bathroom great, location perfect for surfing and beach walks.

The view from our room and balcony was unbelievable. Staff were all lovely. Good breakfast.

Comfy bedding, we had great night sleep but had issues due to hot weather in the night, great location, facilities for kids and relaxation for family, a complete holiday package and very friendly staff specially girl at the reception at our first checked in night. I excellent location with sea view lounge. Prices for the food was high but food was good.

Lots of children around in the school holidays but thats no one’s fault

Breakfast was lovely and fast to be served. The softplay facility for the children was brilliant. Location totally beautiful. The staff were all friendly and ready to help.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was noisy. The creaky floorboards and thin walls meant the guests in the room above us kept us awake every night. The pool was too cold, definitely too cold for children. Even the shallow end was too cold for our little boy. Hot tub was a bit dirty. Sauna was lovely.

Very children friendly and amazing location with a great sea view. There is a soft play area, a colouring and games room, a cinema, and pool to keep the little ones entertained. The hotel supplied a lot of complementary items for children which included bubble bath, build a bear activity pack, and small bottles of milk and cookies were left out in the evening before bedtime. The staff were always available to help and very friendly.

The rooms were only cleaned once during our 3 night stay and bedding was not changed. The only option for breakfast was to purchase a full course at £25.00pp which is quite expensive and therefore sourced breakfast from outside the hotel. The swimming pool was not maintained and there was dirt and hair in the showers and pool.

The staff were amazing, little touches like a build-a-bear on arrival for the little one and cookies and milk for a snack in the evening were so lovely. The rooms were clean and the decor up to date. Pool and sauna was also great.

noisy room , allocated right above the restaurant , the music keeps us awake . would be nice if we were told that the room is above the restaurant to give us opportunity to change rooms at the beginning. avoid room 108 if you are a light sleeper .
