INCREDIBLE location, super friendly staff, amazing gym you have access to.

The rooms are quite small and not very well ventilated

The breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful as we had 2 children.The hotel is in the perfect position for Mayfair, Oxford st.The children were totally spoilt by all the staff such fun. A wonderful time.

Sadly we arrived on a Sunday and the restaurant doesn’t open in the evening so we ordered of room service

Location is the biggest (and seems to be only) advantage of the hotel.

- Cleanness: I had to use stairs as the lift was never arriving and there always was a specific smell of the place that isn’t properly cleaned + the carpets were really dirty - My door was almost broken so I had difficulty opening it. I told the stuff about this but they seemed not to care - Service was ok but definitely not 5* level

Lovely hotel staff were excellent very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Particularly the concierge and the porters at the door.

Not very clear where you could eat and where breakfast was felt a little lost as a solo traveller.

The food was excellent as was the location. Staff friendly and helpful.

The beds were very uncomfortable The bathroom was miniscule and was really difficult to move about in as it was tiny and jam packed. Not really what you would expect for the price of the room and starring.

fab location lovely staff / great room and facilities

Our trip didn't start well as the hotel had just changed their boilers and we had no cold water. After 1 night without being able to shower, we were upgraded to a magnificent suite. I don't think I can get used to anything less 😞

Some of the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful but the Manager was superb!!

The location is fantastic! The hotel is great and staff is very friendly (we were there to celebrate my partner’s birthday and staff sent a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates up to our room to celebrate - a lovely gesture!). The facilities in the room were excellent and the bed was superb.

We were given a room (749) next to the staff lifts and the housekeepers storage cupboards which meant a lot of noise outside the room (doors constantly being opened and closed, people talking outside our room door, lifts constantly going up/down and doors opening) which did in fact disturb our sleep. The airco is also very noisy and felt a bit outdated.

Location is fantastic!

pool area and access to pool area is like in the nineties and hallways are tiny
