The location was very good and staff was overall very helpful. After my complaint the next day we were given another room (see below)

I was given a room with a mobile a/c unit,with a gap between the wall and the window.This was dangerous for my kids and also it was cold b/c of air entering the room the whole day and night.(messages and photos have been sent to Booking chat room and a telephone conversation followed).There wasn’t another room available on that day so we had to wait until the next day for the change.I asked for a refund for the first day and instead i was given points to visit another marriot hotel in the future!!! After a lot of discussion there is a request from the hotel to booking to refund the first night.So i am waiting from booking to do so!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. A fair room rate when compared to other hotels in the area.

The high street felt a little unsafe especially after dark.

The family room has a bed size is suitable for one person not two. they should write the bed size in the room description also. The staff charged my credit card with extra fees as a deposit. The lifts stopped for a full day and we used the services lift.
