Location- close to station and easy to find in the middle of the night. Staff were relaxed about me hanging around and charging my phone in the evening after checkout.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the train station. Lots of bus and tram routes

I didn’t like that the air conditioner worked very poorly, and the Wi-Fi router on our floor broke down, and no one fixed it.

Restaurant was outstanding for dinner and very good for breakfast. Chef is fantastic! Close location to Nord railway station is great.

Everything is fresh and clean. Location is so good because is near to Gara de Nord. From center you need thirty minutes walk.

everything else. awful smell everywhere - you cannot hide from it. smells something synthetic in corridor, smells cleaning chemistry in room. even smells in breakfast restaurant. in the room there was nothing - no slippers, no tea or coffee sticks, even no kettle and no glasses. oh, why would you need glasses - they didn't provide any smallest bottle of water! nothing. at. all. interior is like from ussr - old couches. and as a final bullet - mold on pepper while breakfast. disaster!

Everything was great, good people in there, very kind personnel. When I came here, it was easy to check in at 1 AM.

I did not like to have a room with 2 single bed when I had ordered a doublebed room. One time I got down on the floor because the bed was to small.
