Necesitábamos guardar tres bicicletas y nos ofrecieron dejarlas al lado de recepción todo un detalle el personal muy amable y los servicios del hotel excelentes

The location was great, close to beach and other bars and restaurants. All inclusive drinks were great. The staff were great and pool area was nice.
The restaurant is too small for the number of people and the layout is wrong. People queuing to get drinks in the corner where people are trying to get food, chaotic!
Food was cold and chips were rock hard.
Cleaners kept leaving patio doors and bathroom window open on 11th floor, we had pigeons in rooms leaving bird muck and feathers in sink and all over bedroom floor!

perfect location. breakfast was very perfect. buffet breakfast . hotel staff are very friendly. we are a family with 2 child need to feed them at night we asked hot water late night they provide us very friendly. recommend for family.

Ok ish , you get what you pay for
Bar staff miserable as **** especially the young lad, even though we was all inclusive, begrudge giving it to you , many half measures

Clean hotel friendly staff. Checked in early and allowed us to eat lunch. Easy accessibility
No limit on food or drink on all inclusive.
Varied food to accommodate all, plenty of fresh fruit. A size window for food sittings.
No tea/coffee/kettle in the room which really was needed as you weren’t able to access any drinks until the breakfast opened.
Drinks outside had to be in paper cups which is fine by the pool but no need for them on the terraced area.

The food on offer was a buffet style and changed each evening. Breakfast had many options, cold or hot and both breakfast and dinner was tasty.
Location very good, literally 2 minutes from the promenade with beaches.
Staff all very pleasant. Rooms cleaned daily.

No English channels, Shower not very good. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

My room was comfortable and clean. Food was simple and good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent. The room was very clean. Staff were very friendly.
I would have liked more choice at breakfast, more fresh fruits. We arrived very late and it would have been nice to have been offered coffee or even a bottle of water. The lounge chairs at the pool need upgrading

This is not my usual sort of hotel, aimed more at holidaymakers, rather than travellers.
However stay was pleasant enough.
Staff are all polite and friendly, a credit to the hotel.
Rooms are somewhat dated, a bit shabby, but perfectly comfortable.
Breakfast is not exactly fine dining, but adequate.
Location is excellent for those wanting to visit beach. Intermarche a 5 minute walk away.
No WiFi in room.....I have stayed in well over 100 hotels this year, and this is a first!
