Dos quartos insonorizaçao medíocre Toalhas com cheiro estranho e qualidade rasca para 5estrelas Mau funcionamento das torneiras falta de luz na casa de banho , equipamentos ultrapassados para um estabelecimento desta classe Pequeno almoço básico nem sequer uma máquina de café expresso havia de disponível fruta básica laranja,melancia,e alguns kiwis de baixa qualidade E para além de mais faturaram me 90€ suplementares

tired looking and dated. indoor pool very poor, sauna dirty and not working, steam room disgusting. whole building looked very shabby and in poor condition. certainly no 5 star hotel and outdoor pool was freezing cold and unusable.

I suppose is a good place for golf, lovely grounds. Every room has its out garden area.

Needs updating, more attention to cleaning. Ants in the rooms, dirty water glasses, steam room not working. The road around the development is uneven, makes the buggy ride dangerous as is soo bumpy.

Upgraded room on arrival - parking easy - golf on site. Breakfast was good, everything you need - could do with a few more cereals. Lots of food and drink options, pool well maintained. Amazing massage in the spa Be aware it's full of large groups on golfing trips :)

Booked 2 sets of left handed clubs, only 1 was available Some very rowdy groups of golfers who'd been let out for a few days ;)

This is old hotel, like a big holiday resort. Ugly architecture inside. Dated rooms.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Very spatious and comfortable rooms.

The room wasn't ready upon arrival.

There was no charging option for a Tesla. Only buying a card of 5€/hour (?!?) and charging very very slowly. The breakfast was OK, but not for a 5 star hotel. There was no proper lighting in the room which made it really uncomfortable. The hairdryer was a joke. Room service had almost no options.

Late night staff inconsistent in manners. One night we were at the bar and wanted a last drink, to be told last drinks orders had been done. No one asked us anything. Upon explaining this, the staff member ignored us and just walked away.

More experienced and multi-lingual staff. Most of the guests were English speaking but hardly any of the staff.

I have stayed at this hotel over the last 9 years and the staff are always great nothing is too much trouble

the hotel is in need of a revamp it’s looking tired and the cleaning of the pool area and garden rooms need to be cleaned better

staff were outstanding in their service and help. large chalet accommodation. comfortable bed, towels, dressing gowns etc available. well maintained gardens, tennis courts, restaurant was well staffed and plenty for breakfast. taxi ride to local towns. plenty to see and do.

the indoor pool was too cold for our little granddaughter to use, the children’s play area had no facilities for her( she’s 1). limited choice in restaurant for vegetarians.

bed was very hard, too far to walk anywhere, needed a taxi or Uber every time we went anywhere. Would have liked to golf, but it was so expensive.
