Nice pool, nice bathroom, comfortable

Pillows were slightly uncomfortable, was a bit noisy in the morning and there was nowhere to hang towels.

The room came with heating and an air con, beautifully layout, a variety of cushions, strong water shower pressure. It was a lovely stay. Local shops were abit far to walk to but all in all a lovely stay Under rated as 3 stars it should be pumped up to a 4star hotel. I will come back on next hoilday

The fact that a paying hotel guest had to pay a refundable holding fee to use a hotel pool towel and nor were we allowed to use towels from the hotel room by the pool. I didn't that. Coffee and tea only provided for 1 night even though we stayed for two nights. I had called reception to request this and they mentioned we would need to pay a fee. I wish the breakfast added local tarts e.g pastry da Nata that's one of the local things majority of tourists look forward to.

Its proximity to our requirements.

It’s lacking in so many things. For starters, a quilt on the bed in winter would have been warmer, instead of just a top sheet!A kettle and coffee machine would also be very welcome. And a gardener to weed the flowerpots on the balcony!!

This is a basic clean budget hotel, which was well located for us as family live in the area. The front desk is friendly and accomodating. There is a decent breakfast available (coffee, eggs, cereals, toast)

The room could have been cleaner (clean, but dust bunnies and some things left behind by previous guest) and I found the bathroom very small - tiny sink, no towel racks and the shower was hard to figure out at first.

Rain water was gathering somewhere outside and made a loud periodic waterfall noise

pool closes too early,,we got chased out of pool area like dogs by male receptionist after hours,,we were not aware of times but door for pool area was open.....no bar area is a very bad thing for hotel,,only machine coffee and snacks from machines is a no no and parking very very bad
