As it is an old building the humidity inside is very high and no heating The apartment for 2 person had no view from windows (the wall just in front) and it was very humide in the room. The bigger apartment for 4 person was great with day light, fresh air and less humidity

Room was very cold at night and light at bathroom was half broken

I wasn't on holiday, I was visiting friends. The location was good and I booked it because it had Portuguese character rather than being generic. If you just want a place to sleep it's good value for money. The bed is comfortable enough and the linen and towels were clean.

The tiny wet room, which is in the corner of the room just wasn't clean enough. The toilet brush and tiles behind the toilet were very unpleasant. My room faced a laundry area and I was woken up a couple of times early in the morning and I had a view of a wall. I thought the photos on the Booking.com site were misleading, you have no access to the lounge/dining area, which was one of the reasons I booked it. If this had been my holiday destination it would have been pretty disappointing but it might also depend on which room you're in as to how happy you are with your stay. Also be careful of the draping bedspread. There's not enough space between the corner of the bed and the wet room.. I almost tripped up a couple of times..I just tucked it in!

Location was good and nice small garden in the hotel, welcoming staff and the hotel was clean inside, very cheap price

The room was tiny and very old, bathroom was installed in the corner of the room just with some very thin partitions (not sound proof) and with a kind of a curtain to close the door - this construction closed a small part of the window. There is a big problem with toilet water outflow. The guests are not allowed to throw paper into toilet, because if they sometimes did, this dirty water with all the poo went out on the city street just at the hotel entrance! The staff tried to clean it, but it goes again and again. There was no breakfast offered, no lounge area for guests, no tea and no kettle.

The location is very good, short walk from Estoril train station, the beach and the center of the town. The host lady is super kind and flexible. The room is good for shorter or longer stay.

Close to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Town Center in Walking distance. Comfortable and quiet room. Easy to arrive by train or bus.

Receiving the Wifi Code would have been nice. There was not always somebody at the reception. Power went off for like half an hour.
