Good location not far from the lake. The room was spacious.

The food was inedible. I was shocked that a 4 star hotel could only offer a luke-warm sub standard buffet, when all of the photos on their website and on booking.com were of amazing plates of food! We booked half board, but could not eat in the hotel and were forced to find restaurants each night for a week. Breakfast wasn’t much better as items were not replenished and hot food was Luke warm at best. The coffee machine leaked and was insufficient for such a large hotel. The outside areas were tired and in desperate need of updating, despite the website saying it was renovated in 2023. The room itself was spacious and it did have air conditioning although it wasn’t very efficient. However, the bathroom was very old with cracked tiles, a dirty shower door and a very old and noisy toilet. They desperately need a gardener to tend to the pool area. Dead flies were left around the pool for days with nobody removing them, there were weeds growing and the whole place just didn’t look cared for. Sun beds were uncomfortable with no cushions which is different to the images on their website. In fact the hotel itself didn’t look anything like the images we saw. It was very misleading and deceptive.

A bit tired (even though it says it was renovated in 2023 - the bathroom certainly wasn’t). Not the hotels fault, but the lake views were marred by other ugly hotels in the way.

The hotel is clean and cozy. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. We are a family of four and we wanted adjacent rooms and they granted our reguest, what's more they upgraded us for the same price. I think it's a really nice gesture on their part. The kids loved the pool which is open the entire day. The breakfast was abundant and tasty. The location of the hotel is perfect, two minutes from the lake. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops... are all in the vicinity. I highly recommend it! :-)

Fomos remanejados para outro hotel ( Hotel Lovec), pois o hotel que reservamos estava em manutenção! Ao chegarmos as 13hs o quarto ainda não estava disponível,ok! Pois até mesmo o horário do check in seria às 14hs, porém o quarto só ficou disponível depois das 15:30min, já no quarto tivemos problemas com a área do banheiro, além do Box ser minúsculo ( péssimo) a “guia” do chuveiro estava quebrado deixando quase impossível de fazer a higiene e pessoal, fizemos a reclamação mas só foram arrumar 2 dias depois!

Banheiro, check in, piscina e hidro pequenas! Lembrando que fiquei no Lovec Hotel, pois o hotel nós remanejou para cá! Não recomendo este hotel! Pelo menos não o quarto que fiquei, fiz reclamação junto ao hotel e ao booking porém. Nada foi resolvido

The hotel is located close to Lake Bled and has very good views. The shops and restaurants are close. It is not too old and has a nice pool. Parking was good. Staff tried to be helpful but were not able to address major issues. A reasonable breakfast was available.

The rooms are small - not much room to open your luggage around the bed, the shower is small and the balcony had room for only one chair. However, the biggest issue was that the air conditioning was very poor. Upon arrival we were told that due to hot weather the hotel's air conditioning was struggling, but we found the hallways and restaurant (which as empty and dinner time) to be much cooler than our room. The in room air conditioning (cooling) is very underpowered (couldn't move a blade of grass of it) and then it failed completely and could not be turned back on. Hotel Staff tried to fix the problem and finally their only solution was to put a fan in our room which did not make much difference at all. there was no offer to move us to another room. On a hot night it was almost impossible to sleep. We will not go back to this place

Parking place not being guaranteed is the big disadvantage. There are quite a lot of parking place in front of the hotel accessible to hotel guest, but still the capacity is lower than number of rooms, so first come first served. Fortunately friendly reception staff does the best to help finding a spot.

The location was perfect and the staff at the reception especially during night were really helpful.

To much noise coming into our room from the road. There was a weird smell coming from locals seating under our balcony when we opened the balcony door.

A/C in all the hotel rooms didn’t work and was not repaired despite the issue had been known by the hotel management since weeks.. Room was so hot it was unbearable during night..

The aircon wasn't working and very uncomfortable in the room. Rooms were newly renovated but rest of hotel was a bit dated.

The place was really nice. Hotel so and so the balcony view was nice.

Ac was not working in room 601. We had leave to the balcony door open while inside. The weather was sometimes hot and sometimes not so warm with rain and thunderstorms. But inside the room it was continuously hot. We told them from day one about the problem and came twice to check the ac. Just they say leave the door closed. After 10 hours with the door closed the room was still an oven. Not well served for the amount of money paid for 4 nights. Ultimately I asked for a discount and came back with a peanut of 80 euros cash back. Still, considering the service it is highly over rated. To be fair breakfast and dinner were decent. On the other hand Pool is very small. Room was clean, coffee and tea were not restocked on 3 days. Safe was not working and they changed it. Considering that it was marketed as refurbished this year I still believe that they need to work harder with the clients. Receptionists were not sincere with us about the issue. They were continuously trying to go in circles, one of them saying that they don't know about the issue and then admitting that they had problems with the hotel ac. Others said that they know but cannot fix it. Another receptionist said that they found no one to fix it. Wow - bled pinocchio. As me and my wife are not people who like to confront others we still made the best out of our vacation. Will return to bled in another accomodation.

Not all lake view rooms are as quoted. A large number have side only views which is not reflected in any promotional literature. Air conditioning did not work during our 5 night stay. Finally, they attempted to charge us twice for our stay. It is a long way from being a 4 star hotel.

Spacious room and great location.

After checking in we were told that the AC was not working which reflects how old this hotel is. This had been the case for almost a week and we’re given no heads up prior to our arrival. It looks like they have done some renovations on the “surface” but bathrooms for instance are old. Wi-Fi solution is very clumsy and we needed to provide password every day through a separate browser. None of our kids’ online games worked for some strange reason, but streaming services did.

Everything was good, nothing to complain about. Good location, All Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
