Spotless clean hotel and rooms. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of parking on site. Walking distance to Killarney town.

The location was great for walking left or right outside the hotel to explore the area, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The windows opened and let in wonderful cool air and overnight the location was quiet. It was a good value for the money. It had a pool and jacuzzi but we didn't use them bc I forgot that they were amenities and didn't pack swimwear.

The pool and jacuzzi hours are limited which is odd in case people are staying there multiple days. The table in the breakfast room for two tops are a bit narrow while sitting and you sit inside the legs of the table while dining so to get up the table needs to be pushed away from you or you have to lean over, if you leave it pushed out while eating. To have an adult amount of room around your legs you need to sit at a bigger table. This type of table was utilized in other locations during our trip so this was not the first place we experienced it but its not comfortable.

The good location.The girls checking us in were lovely got us a room early . Gave us 1130 check cause we using pool . Which was lovely jacuzzi and steam room especially. Nice breakfast.

We were told 1130 check out but girl on Sunday morning desk was not too keen to give it to us . All other staff were lovely. Room very warm .Few fans might help .Bed was bit small for two .

The hotel amenities are ok, breakfast is ok too, nothing fancy but the infrastructure is ok.

I recently had a terrible experience with this that I want to warn others about. During my stay, the hotel charged my credit card for a "broken" TV even though there was no cosmetic damage and the TV was not even turned on. The "proof" they provided was completely fabricated - I could tell from the timestamps and location stamped on the pictures that they were taken in a different room. They did send a photo of a broken TV, but I suspect that it was actually damaged by them and then charged to me. To add insult to injury, the report from their "repair" specialist was created one hour after I called and asked for it, and all the files they sent prove it. It's clear that the hotel has the power to charge anything to my card, even if it's not true. So, I want to warn others to be very careful when dealing with this hotel and to thoroughly review all charges before making any payments. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others and helps prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Staff attentiveness. Clean room. Food.

Bed & mattress were very uncomfortable. Rooms need a bit of diy. No luggage table/holder. Overpriced: for 3 nights in a triple room with no breakfast paid €650. Hotel is no way better than the Premier Inn, but twice as expensive.

It is a very nice hotel, it feel more like 4 stars than 3 stars. We got upgraded to a family room, it was spacious and comfortable. We also used their leisure centre and we could use it even after check out which was very convenient.
