The accommodation contained everything we needed. The location was excellent and with the windows closed it was very quiet.

The location was great and apartment very clean and spacious. Micheal was very helpful and gave us loads of information about the area and gave us all the info we needed regarding the facilities in the apartment.

The host could not have been better. Nothing was too much trouble and he was easily contacted and extremely helpful and friendly. The property itself is dated but is clean and the bedlinen & towels are perfect. The wifi is great and the TV had Netflix which the kids were thrilled with.

The property is a little dated and could benefit from upgrading.

like any place in Killarney it was expansive for what we got. the space I the apartment was very limited. but it would for our short stay.

A great find! Really good for a family, and we were very impressed overall. Great customer support, very friendly and helpful, with a super collection of welcome items provided. Everything worked perfectly, with access to free laundry facilities within each block, as well as additional indoor and outdoor drying options also. Lovely play area for kids next to accomodation, outdoor picnic area, and we'll maintained green areas also. Ample parking next to entry ways, and close to main routes/ shops/ town itself. Would happily return for another stay!

An extension lead would have been helpful, as one or two sockets were hard to access, but there could have been one available - we just didn't think to ask.

This property is an excellent example of how a property should be managed. Michael met us on check in and took us through the facilities provided. The welcome included two welcome packs. One pack with all cleaning materials etc. included washing machine tablets and dish washer tablets. The second welcome pack included biscuits, tea coffee and milk. The towels provided were high quality white cotton all individually wrapped in protective plastic. The apartment has every facility provided we described it as a home away from home. The grounds are immaculate well done to the maintenance team.

The apartments are not new builds however they are spotless and very well maintained. The facilities included excellent wi fi and a smart TV.

Clean and comfortable, well located, had everything we needed for a lovely break. This was our third stay over a 20 year period and we'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Killarney.
