Camera cu automatizari smart home, boxa bluetooth, finisaje si mobilier de calitate, totul a fost peste asteptari. Piscina mare (bazin) si sala de sport cu multe aparate (functioneaza si prin worldclass deci este destul de aglomerat). Este o proprietate mare cu tot ce ai nevoie. Personal mi se pare mai ok decat la alte hoteluri vecine si daca va fi cazul ma voi caza tot aici.

Progleme la design/ finisaje - gresia in baie nu este antiderapanta (nici in dus), lavoarul este incomod sa il folosesti si mi se pare o mare prostie sa pui geam transparent la baie...

Mobila veche, baia urat mirositoare, dusul stricat si toate la preturi f mari.

A fantastic hotel with great facilities and the perfect location. The food is always great.

The hotel is greatly located in the Barbu Văcărescu Aviației area that provides plenty of dining and free time attractions. Access is quite easy.

We got an old room where most likely some of the guests were still smoking. AC was old and noisy impossible to use during the night. The room felt like a sauna during the night. Parking was taxed on top of the reservation at 10 Euro per night.

We had a Marshall bluetooth speaker and Nespresso machine with capsules in the room

The bathroom door was a one way mirror mounted the other way around - you could see inside the toilet from outside :)

Staff customer orientation - especially Luigia & Vlad in the front office.

Good location close to a subway station. Comfortable and clean room. Hotel staff were helpful.

The spa facilities are shared with a gym franchise which is popular with the locals who are gym members. We had a leaky tap in the bathroom and a very awkward glass door. Making privacy in the toilet impossible. The hotel parking was full of pollen. And guests are charged 10 EUR per 24h for the car park.

The breakfast and the garden was super.

The staff on the reception was unpolite and unhelpfull.

Breakfast wasn’t so various, good but not for this price. I didn’t like that the pool closed soon so we didn’t even get to go inside spa area .. although we paid a lot for those facilities
