Beautiful hotel. staff very friendly in general. the cleaning staff were very nice and I started to know them after a few days :). Cleaning ladies were great!!! very nice!!

- I went to the interior swimming pool and wanted to do some lap swimming. I had seen from my balcony that there was another pool like that with people lap swimming with a bit of the pool going outside. I never found it. I asked the guy who was in the pool closed to the gym. He hardly looked up from his phone with a annoyed face. He just didnt want to communicate. Pointing the water with his chin.. not very customer orientated I would say.. Never mind I swan in that pool which was Ok as it was not very busy, I coudl do my lap swimming. - the toilets on the grownd floor one just after the buffet and another one at the lobby are Ok but not to the standard of a Five star hotel. In teh corners, it is not properly cleaned, and there is some mood remaining behind the doors. It should be cleaned properly. - I would be nice to have a shuttle to the town center without commercial purpose and forcing you to go to the "last day" of craftsmaship exhibition. It was just bringing me to shops with huge prices for everything. Leather, carpets, spices (which I bought in a real Tunisian local place for much cheaper). Not very pleassant to be a target inside the hotel.

Location ok by the beach but a bit further away from other hotels. Depends what you want - privacy or lots of brach activities

The bath tub did not function and there were little things tat needed to be repaired. But overall excellent and things were addressed immefiately when notified

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et décorée avec goût La grande piscine était parfaite pour se détendre et profiter du soleil Les repas au restaurant étaient délicieux, avec une grande variété de plats savoureux.

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai senti un manque de chaleur et de professionnalisme de la part du personnel à l’accueil . Le personnel semblait peu disposé à aider

Tutto stupendo , una struttura spettacolare veramente non me l’aspettavo curato tutto nei minimi dettagli ve lo consiglio al 100% se volete farvi una vacanza di totale relax staff super cordiale e disponibile a qualunque esigenza ascensore vicino alle camere tutto è collegato 0 stress inoltre ci sono anche dei ristoranti all’interno se non vuoi mangiare sempre al Buffet piscine coperte Spa veramente di tutto stupendo !

We had a premium room with a view on the pool and on the sea. It was what we asked for. The room is clean and tiddy. The staff are friendly, special thanks to Malika ++ from the reception for her kindness and for helping us with taxis and island tours. Morning breakfast is diverse and tasteful. Restaurants are of good value.

Access to deckchairs by the pool is very limited, everyday early in the morning staff members put towels on the majority of deckchairs in order to keep them for some reason which is unacceptable. This should not be tolerated in a five star hotel.
