Staff was really nice at the hotel - they answered all of our questions during the stay and even arranged us a different room when we asked (the first one did not have the bed configuration that we wanted).

Location was not the best, but since taxis are cheap in the city, it was not a big problem. We also had a leaking shower. But the biggest issue was the breakfast - it really lacked more variety, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be a 4 star accommodation.

Very good dynamic and helpful staf. Especially mr. Ramzi who is working in the reception was very kind.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The facilities were well-maintained and clean, which is always a positive aspect of any accommodation. Considering the reasonable price, I found the amenities and services provided to be of great quality. In particular, the availability of a small gym was a nice touch. The terrace on the top of the building was a great spot to relax.

One slight drawback was the view from my room. Unfortunately, it faced another building, which limited the scenic aspect of my stay. It did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Ambitiously supportive and polite staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast. Real value for money. Very highly recommended. No doubt I will stay at this facility again next time in Tunis. Inshallah!

Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the nicer riads in the medina and you'll be a lot happier.

The staff were excellent - polite, friendly, kind, and considerate. Breakfast was very good - plenty options, all good quality.

We're aware it's not a non-smoking hotel, but even on our non-smoking floor, the smell of smoke seeped into our room. A larger problem for some.

Very nice place, spacious room, bathroom + facilities were great. Very clean. Check-in was smooth and reception very welcoming. Nice welcome drink. Rania was extra friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a pretty good choice and delicious.

The family suite could do with a bit of upgrade and repainting, to brighten and spice it up a bit.

Mr. Mohamed (hotel manager) and his team are wonderful people. They are really great, professional and do more than what is requested from them. I was heavily sick during my stay and the hotel team was like my family; they extremely took care of me and they got me doctor and medicines. The only hotel that I will stay in whenever ever I visit Tunisia is this hotel. Words are not enough to thank this team and hotel... you were so good with me...I really appreciate it and sincerely thank you from my heart. I wish you success and healthy life

This hotel is fairly close tot the airport. Not a long drive to all the sites of Carthage. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us a nice gift at the end of our stay. There was always a parking spot in front, and staff stopped traffic to help us easily leave our parking spot. The breakfast was good!

Like most places in Tunisia, the bar allowed smoking. But the smoke smell was well contained to the bar area, the rest of the hotel was smoke free!

A cozy hotel very well located, the facilities are new and well cared, everything clean and properly. The staff are polite and attentive, they asked me about the room and if i needed anything else after the arrival. Great value for money, no doubt i will repeat!
