Great location
Interiors were tired especially the bathroom, a bit under expectations for the price ie average bathtub with shower curtain and vanity basin, all of an older vintage and a bit rough round the edges.

Gutes Frühstück mit großem Warmanteil und allem, was man braucht. In die Stadt braucht man zu Fuß nur 5 bis 10 Minuten
Liegt direkt an der Straße, Schallschutz ist ein Fremdwort, eine Modernisierung wäre dringend angebracht, fleckiger Teppichboden, z.T. gammliges Bad mit ollem Duschvorhang, für den Preis inakzeptabel.

Having to climb up the stairs to the unit and a housekeeping staff came in too early at 9am even though check out is at 10am

Close to the town, right on top of the hill so if you have young kids the walk up for them is hard.
Left my AirPods in my room, rang them when I was getting on the plane as I tracked them to the hotel, the lady told me that she would get back to me when she spoke to housekeeping never returned my call.
my friend who was staying in Queenstown for a couple more days went into the hotel and he said the staff was useless and didn’t get anywhere.
Then rang back said she would ring housekeeping and find out more and didn’t ring him back with more information.
Even when we got to the hotel, my booming.com hadn’t come through so we left our bags for a couple of hours we returned and the conformation was still not in their system. Finally after waiting in reception I just said to book us a room and not go through booking.com.
Yes my mistake for accidentally leaving things behind, but for the hotel not communicating about this problem is quite bad.

Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was included which made for an easy start to the day. Rooms were simple but comfy and warm and close to town.
The in room toilet was quite low to the ground and was difficult to use for anyone over 6ft.

Great location, 5 minute walk into town. The staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable. Had basic facilities, tea and coffee making and a small bar fridge. Good value considering how close to town it was.
Towels had stains on them and the entrance carpet was wet.

Dated and generally run down room and rude staff. Basically an $80 per night motel room in Auckland. The only thing it had going for it was it's proximity to town. Never again.

The location was an easy walk to the Queenstown Central Business District with restaurants and bars and the hotel was transparent about the lack of adequate parking for all the guests.
The hotel has clearly seen better days. The rooms were small and the bathroom was very run down, with the finishes peeling in the bath tub / shower and black mold around the edges. There was no elevator to our room and it opened right onto the main hotel entrance. It served as a place to sleep but I would give this place a miss unless you have no other choice.

Have stayed here twice now, good price, lake view is 😍 and location is mint, the hill walk back is a mission after a big feed though 😂

The location was great, very close to the centre of Queenstown, and everything was within walking distance. The view from the room was really nice, looking over the lake, and though it looked onto the main road, wasn’t actually too noisy. The amenities were pretty stock-standard in terms of what you get from hotels, so wasn’t disappointed that there wasn’t a kitchenette sink or stove-top.
Though it was a good stay, it definitely was on the pricey side for what you got. If you were a travelling couple like us, you could have easily saved some money and downgraded the accomodation and still got the same amenities (possibly even better). Also found that some of the staff didn’t treat us as well as other guests, we have guessed because we were young (and probably looked like we weren’t going to spend any extra money - which we ended up doing).

We had two rooms for our family, and they were perfectly adequate. The bathroom was outdated, but it was very comfortable and we had no problems with anything. Our room was on the bottom floor by the road, and I was happy to find that we could access the street outside without going all the way around, which was great.
The parking for this place is interesting, there is not enough and it was like driving around a rabbit warren. I parked on the road, and that worked for us as our rooms were by the road.

The pictures on booking.com matched the actual room we booked. Great unique roof style. Great attentive, warm helpful staff. 24.7 reception. The location was good for our first night in NZ QTN and central walk to places nearby. Well priced and affordable. Small milk I'm fridge is a small but convenient bonus. The hotel design look special. The common area to me is special because of the fireplace. Hotel restaurant provides good food. Room shower room come with warmer. Hotel provide baby as requested.
I'm a bit upset by the restaurant staff as I requested a baby high chair at first and they give it to the next customer instead. I have to carry my baby and eat. Hotel car park is messy, no clear instructions until we ask. Room is a bit old, I can smell the mouldy from inside. Staff not so friendly.

Location, very close to the central walking area with shops bars and restaurants, 5’ walk, the magnificent view and nice breakfast.
TV didn’t have Netflix nor YouTube option.

Chalet Room abit outdated, and being closer to the main road so expect some noise. Room i was staying also had a malfunction heater so the night was cold and the heater to warm the shower take rather long.

There are a lot of stairs, and the hotel is on top of a hill.

The atmosphere was fantastic. We had an upgraded room and the view took our breath away. The amenities were great. I especially loved the wood burning fireplace in the lobby
If I’m going to be really critical (because I thought it was great), it is a little older but still wonderfully cared for. Cardio equipment in the gym didn’t work but weights, hot tub and sauna were great

Bathrooms are old fashion and very tiny. I didn’t like bath tubs. Shower cubical would have been better.
