Just across the street from the monorail to the Disney parks and shops. Plus the staff are so friendly and happy to help.

I can’t fault this hotel we loved it.

館内が広々としてお庭も散策が出来て素敵でした。 ドアマンに始まりベルボーイ、全てのスタッフの対応がスーマトで丁寧でとっても良かったです。

お部屋の水回りに古さが出てました。

The location

The lounge staff not honest about the payments during check out. When we were checking out the information staff said we didn’t pay the food service but we paid with cash including tips to the person.

Good location to get to both Disney parks. Spacious room Comfy bed

Bit dated, room was tired. Carpet was very old. Queue always at reception, waited 20mins to check in. Buffet was expensive for the quality of food, plus closed early 20mins after we sat down so wasn’t great value.

Fantastic location for Disney. We arrived at the train station checked in and went straight to Disneyland. Arrived at the hotel after a long day at Disneyland and our bags had been transferred from the train station and were waiting on our room. We had a view of both Disneyland and DisneySea and the ocean. The room was the largest we stayed in throughout Japan. Had both room service one day for breakfast and the buffet and couldn’t fault either. Would definitely stay again.

時間帯のせいかチェックインで、とてもまたされた。その日に行ったディズニーのアトラクション以上にまたされクタクタになってしまった。 できることなら、整理券配布などで座ってまつことができ、番号・名前が呼ばれたら手続きできる形にしてくれたらありがたいです。

部屋はゆったり、設備も文句なく、きれいで快適に過ごすことができました。家族みんなまた、利用したいと言っています😊

PERFECT location for Disney. I wanted a location that was easily accessible to Disney. It took me only 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the Disney train and I could see Disney and the fireworks from my hotel room which was nice! The cafe in the hotel is nice, too.

Very close to the resort line, had a view of fireworks from our hotel balcony. Great thing for the kids to do

Not a lot of outside the hotel food options and the convenience store was very small

Spacious hotel with everything we needed. 4 beds available in our room. Restaurants, bar, old school spacies tables, mini golf (a bit tired), pool, gym, arcade, washing facilities (coin operated and easy to use). Friendly helpful staff. Close to Disney rail station with bus for 30seconds of you were done walking.

Our floor hallways/rooms were a little tired as was mini golf and we were bummed outdoor pool was closed for the season but wind blew the whole time so we wouldn't have used anyway and indoor pool good. Quite expensive but good and lots of staff so worth it.

館内も部屋もきれいだった。 外の景色もよかった。スタッフの対応もよかった。

予約の時点でこちらの見落としなのか入力するところがなかったので伝えればよかったのたが、女性が2人なのに部屋のアメニティ化粧水類が1人分しかなかった。2泊目もそうだった。 食事が残念だった。バイキングが値段の割に満足てきなかった。

The location is great for your Disney experience and the room was perfect for our family of 5.

If you’re staying at the property, use of the facilities should be included - not an extra cost. Also, the Buffett dinner price was expensive (brunch was good value).

Our third stay at this hotel so we knew exactly what we were getting.

This hotel is geared very much to families visiting Disney Tokyo. If your staying for any other reason and don’t know the area, it can be a little awkward.

The hotel was exceptional regarding cleanliness and staff. Facilities were above what we expected.

The one and only (very small) thing we could point out was the lifts were very crowded due to a school trip and no stairs were available, but we were all able to get down in time for check out and the bus as we had left ourselves plenty of time thankfully.

Everything!! It was amazing. We really enjoyed the free breakfast and dinner.

The hotel was set out great and the perfect location for all things Disney.

Every hotel restaurant was outrageous overpriced, with every breakfast buffet a very big disappointment. Save your money and go across to the shopping / restaurant prescient at the grand bay monorail stop.

It’s near disneyland and disneysea.

Food is too expensive. The shopping center does not have good selection of food.

The free shuttle bus to the train station and the entrance to Disney is great. It runs frequently circa every 20 mins. The view across the bay was lovely although you could choose to look across Disney Sea instead.

It is rather tired and the restaurants and bar are uninviting. No furniture to sit out on the balcony.

Location for Disney Good size room (after "upgrade"), not sure what we were getting beforehand.

Charge to use the pool. Expensive breakfast buffet at tostina which was pretty basic

really like the water features all over the hotel and the selection of food available at breakfast..just wish they had some gluten free bread available! teh shuttle bus to the station was great and the pool was heated to the perfect temperature.

The meal options were limited if you didn't want to pay crazy amounts of money so we felt we didn't get value for money as far as food went.

Good location across the road from the resort monorail station and of course close to Disneyland. Good offering for breakfast, and bag drop facility at the Maihama JR station was really handy. Probably the cheapest option at the Disneyland Resort as well.

Room was a little dated and some of the old tech for lighting didn't work. All the facilities appeared to come with an additional fee (e.g., bag drop, kids centre and the outdoor pool). As you'd expect, there were few food options and they were expensive, unless you found the cheaper cafe hidden away downstairs from the lobby.

The most comfortable bed ever. The room temperature was perfect and air con was quiet. Dining options were excellent. Having a pool was a bonus too. Location to transport for the Disney parks was super easy also.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we should have stayed longer!!!!!!!
