スタッフさんの対応が丁寧だった、10月12日午後の受付のスタッフさんがとても丁寧かつ親切でありがたかったです

バスタブと洗面台周りの黒ずみが結構嫌だった

Room very clean, with a very good courtesy kit and very clean.

It's been quite hard to speak with the receptionist during the check-in. There was only 1 elevator in an hotel with like 15 floors. The rooms were very small and with not much possibility to let air get in.

Good location with easy access to subway and trains. Parking spaces were available nearby at reasonable rates. Bed was comfy, with good sized towels in the bathroom. 'Famima' was nearby for late night food and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the location.

By my mistake I got a smoker room, but I'm a non-smoker. You get, what you pay for.

1) The room was not clean. There was someone else's hair in the bathroom sink. There is a lot of dust accumulated on the carpet behind the bed. 2) I had to take a room on the smoking floor due to lack of rooms. Apparently the hotel has a terrible ventilation system it is connected as there was a horrible smell of cigarettes from the ventilation area which made it impossible to sleep at night.

Good location close to the Shimbashi CBD, and transportation links to Tokyo and beyond. Helpful reception staff. A few parking spaces available on first-come, first served basis, other parking spots close by. Good bathroom facilities with two large-sized towels. Convenience store a few minutes away, but it does not take cash and is self-service check-out. Comfy bed with firm pillows. Good working space in the compact-sized room.

The reservation via Booking went fine. At arrival the hotel cancelled the reservation and gave us a new direct booking. For 8 usd more. Miney wise, acceptable however a 30 min hold off at reception to change a valid booking is not acceptable. We dont know why they did the change.

Good location for city centre access, easy automated check-in, reasonable sized rooms for the price, with adequate working space. Wifi speed good, and free. Convenience store within a minutes walk. Parking for 2 cars only on-site, but new car park around 75 metres distant. Very comfy bed, good sized towels in the bathroom. Toiletries easy to read without glasses in the shower!

The hotel was lovely like most APA hotels decent room and with desk and mirror. Bathroom was nice and clean and cleaning was done aswell. Staff were easy to understand and nice enough for smooth check in . Nice location not to far from the station maybe 8minutes. Not the most food heavy area though so still need to walk 5-10minutes even for a 7 eleven.

The lip on the bath was ridiculous ut made the water go over the edge when you showered with the high position for the shower. So we couldn't have a proper standing shower at all. The room I'm sure would be fairly priced other times for the year however even for NEW years time I found it was a little expensive for the area and location to things.

The room was clean, and was always made up. Internet was fast and reliable. Overall, good value for money.

The location was closed to a metro station and shops and restaurants.

The personnel didn't speak English, therefore it was very difficult to communicate or seek guidance about how to reach tourist attractions. It was too expensive for this quality of room. The room was too small that two large suitcases didn't fit on the floor. The mattress was too loose and not confortable at all. The courtains stank of cigarette smoke.
