Excellent place to enjoy the vacation in a tropical paradise. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with a master bedroom, living room with a kitchen facility You can enjoy the pool drinking a perfect tropical cocktail, and have a dinner on the beach looking at the sunset.

Wow wow wow … my college daughter were so surprised by the “Master suite, 2 bedroom plus” unit from the moment into the living area, to the ocean front terrace, and to the master bedroom. All photos of the booking show exactly what we got. It is nice to see a big bottle of water in the kitchen and 2 small bottles of water in each room. The sandy beach is unusual but we love it and you can do snorkeling near the safety line to enjoy surprises. The beach is actually cleaner without the annoying sea grass like the nearby beach where the other hotels had hard time to keep up a clean beach.

We noticed a strange smell but it can be reduced by keeping the 2nd bath door closed and ensure all sinks are closed/or filled with some water. The AC unit looks very new but one return air filter is missing.

Locatie

We hadden water in onze kamer op de vloer. We hebben daar meerdere meldingen van gemaakt. Ze wilden ons in een andere kamer zetten, tot aan drie keer toe, maar in alle kamers was de vloer nat. Tot midden in de nacht hebben wij in de lobby gezeten en we waren erg moe na zo lang reizen. Het personeel was niet behulpzaam. Uiteindelijk hebben wij een ander hotel gevonden. Wij hebben Fiesta gevraagd ons geld terug te geven zodat wij het andere hotel konden betalen. Het heeft dagen geduurd voordat wij ons geld terug kregen. Ik heb meerdere malen moeten bellen en klagen hiervoor. In het laatste telefoontje gaf ik aan dat ik met de politie langs zou komen, toen was het geld meteen overgeboekt. De manager Alejandra was niet behulpzaam. Prima locatie, but the hotel and personnel sucks
