Buenas instalaciones, buena comida y buena localización.

Location is great

They were renovating so the lobby and all restaurants was closed. Strong smell of paint Entrance was closed and had to walk passed the pool where tiles are very slippery near fell every time we walked the route

Location is great, the pool was not bad

At check-in the machine that activates the room cards was not working and I had to wait. I found hair in the room, they need to do better on vacuum, though the bed sheets where clean.

I like how the staff assist me all through out my stay. This guy in the front desk name Achraf if I'm not mistaken gives excellent customer service. He is very approachable and accommodating. My buffet breakfast was really good, overall it's superb for me.

Only one thing I don't like my room don't have bath tub. and that's what I am looking first when I'm stay in the hotel.

Das Zimmer roch muffig und man hat versucht, dies mit einem heftigen Duftstoff zu maskieren. In der Dusche war an vielen Stellen Schimmel zu sehen und das Zimmer war im Allgemeinen nicht sauber. Der Mann an der Rezeption schein mit seiner Aufgabe sehr überfordert und, auf unsere Frage, wann der Shuttle fahren würde, sagte, wir sollten lieber ein Taxi nehmen. Ausserdem wimmelte es überall im Erdgeschoss von Schulgruppen, die der Aufenthalt durch ihren Lärm auch nicht besser gemacht haben.
