A szálloda strandja kiváló.

Lo staff è stato meraviglioso, dall'animazione, ai barman, ai camerieri e cuochi, alla reception, ai giardinieri, agli addetti alle pulizie, alla sicurezza, ai bagnini.. che dire stupendi e super gentili e disponibili, ti fanno sentire a casa e speciale! Il resort è molto bello e curato, il cibo buono (soprattutto la colazione molto varia tra dolce e salato). La posizione è ottima perché passando sulla via del lungo mare arrivi con 10 minuti al centro di Naama bay con negozi, locali e bazar, senza dover mai passare per la strada o in mezzo a macchine. La spiaggia del resort è stupenda, ha una barriera corallina meravigliosa, ogni giorno potrai fare snorkeling qui. Sono stati 10 giorni bellissimi e sicuramente consiglio questo resort a tutti! Grazie 🙏🏻

A minha segunda reserva em Jaz Fayrouz.
Tudo é perfeito
Todo o hotel é limpo e bem arranjado.
As piscinas são muito boas e muito cuidadas.
O quarto é grande e possui um agradável terraço para um lindo jardim.
A localização é excelente e está junto à sua praia privada, que na minha opinião é a melhor praia de Sharm el Sheik.
Os restaurantes e bares tem variedade e qualidade, tanto em comida como em bebidas.
Todo o staff maravilhoso, com especial agradecimento para Mohamed Moniem e Ahmed.
Quero voltar!

siamo stati da Fayrouz già diverse volte, il villaggio è immerso nel verde, spazioso, le stanze sono comode , doccia sempre calda , la cucina variabile e con molta scelta per i vari gusti in base alla provenienza.
anche Piscine e la spiaggia pulite e belle
va migliorata la connessione del WI-FI , non copre l'intero villaggio ma solo pochissime zone
e il lavaggio degli asciugamani che hanno molte macchie pur essendo lavati

Great location. This resort has a private beach with good facilities and fun activities. Especially, snorkeling is excellent. Breakfast and dinner buffet are good value for the money. All the staff members are so helpful and lovely.

Long-standing, well maintained property. Helpful & polite staff, good breakfast selection and dinner buffet is always a nice variety of dishes. We had dinner at the Italien restaurant once, very good food with great entertainment, definitely recommend! Amazing beach and pool - super clean and it was the first pool my toddler was able to swim in for hours without getting cold.
Furniture and bathroom amenities are a bit dated.
Cleanliness of the rooms could be better, especially the floors (was properly cleaned after requesting it though).
Unfortunately I had a serious ant problem in my bathroom for no apparent reason. Housekeeping was kind enough to go back in and give it a thorough cleaning, but a few hours later I had tons of ants all over the bathroom floor again. My family stayed in other rooms and no one had the same issue, so I guess it was just that specific room.

The beach is the best beach in Nema Bay. The service is excellent and all the staff are very helpful and nice. We extended our stay and definitely will come back again soon.

Location, Garden area nice. Beach wonderful both coral and sand. Bring diving mask! Food was OK to Good, a bit repetetive. Staff was friendly.
Soundproofing between rooms bad.Bathroom dated and not so clean. Animation team were a bit pushy on writing review of hotel. Loud music from other hotels/clubs 2-3 times a week until late night. Didn’t find info about this, will keep you awake until 2-3 at night. Probably if you are there to party. If not, too bad.
